Maj Gen Abid Latif Khan, Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) served in Pakistan Army in for 37 years and retired in February 2023. During his distinguished career he remained on various command, staff and instructional appointments. He has rich experience of command during counter terrorism and stability operations along western borders. He has the unique honour of serving twice in the United Nations Peace Keeping Operations in Georgia and Ivory Coast in 2003/4 and 2013/14 respectively. Besides he also served in Inter Services Intelligence as Director General (Counter). He holds degrees of Bachelor of Science (Honours) from University of Balochistan, Masters of Science from National Defence University and another Masters of Science from Gomal University. Has diploma in Human Resource Management from National University of Science and Technology. Has undergone training programmes from Lahore University of Management Sciences in Finances for Non Financial Managers; and Leading & Managing Change. He has remained Managing Director of Airport Security Force Foundation and also spearheaded its Board of Directors for two years. He is also on Board of Directors of Ensmile (Pvt) Limited and Lahore Stock Exchange Ventures as an Independent Director. He is Chartered Member of Institute of Logistics and Transport, United Kingdom. He is a social worker as well and has established a Thalassemia Centre in Abbottabad by the name of Hajira Hamza Thalassemia Centre.

Mr. Irfan Javed Warsi joined Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Limited in 2014 as General Manager Commercial & Business Development, in early 2016 management have decided to avail hisexpertise in Human Recourse and assigned him additional task to head the Human Recourse
Department as well.Mr. Irfan Javed Warsi an Exploration Geologist by profession, served more than 37 Years in OGDCL having a master's degree in Petroleum Geology from Sindh University Jamshoro. He joined OGDCL in 1974 as Exploration Geologist and after that, he became Deputy Chief Geologist, during the period he particularly accomplished more than 30 Oil & Gas wells all around the country. In 1985 OGDCL management decided to utilize the management skills of Mr. Warsi to establish their a commercial department on the grounds of his additional qualifications, Diploma in Public Administration and LLB posted him as Manager Commercial. During his stay in OGDCL Commercial Department from were retired as Head of Commercial he performs responsibilities Arrange Allocations, Dispatch Arrangements of Crude Oil & Gas, Obtaining Allocations from MP& NR, Business Development, Project Management & Pre-sales consulting. He has attended various management and professional training programs from reputed local and foregion intuitions. He is also an active member of American Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1981 and Pakistan Association of Petroleum Geoscientists since 1995.
Ms. Khalid Dar is a business professional and has a strong background in the field of oil and gas trading. He has been associated with M/s Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Ltd for a long in the capacity of National Sales Manager and currently in the position of Director Sales and Marketing. Mr. Khalid Dar possesses vast experience, of over 35 years, in sales, contract negotiation, strategic planning, and project management. He also enjoys a good market repute in the industry.

Mr. Shaikh Abdus Sami is a member & Chairman of Board of Burshane LPG Pakistan Ltd and also become Chairman and member of various committees, beside that he carries 35 years of rich and varied banking& management experience. Starting his professional career with Exxon Chemicals he moved to BCCI Bank as a Trainee officer. Over the years, he progressed to senior level positions in Commercial, Corporate, Investment Banking and Risk Management with first tier local & international Banks, both in Pakistan and overseas with training & assignments in London, Kuwait, New York, Riyadh, Jakarta, Dubai and Hong Kong, etc. He has worked with American Express Bank, Saudi Fransi Bank, NIB Bank and SAMBA, Saudi Arabia. His last assignment was Group Head, Corporate & Investment Banking PAIR Investment Co. Karachi. He has been a member of management committees of several Banks which has given him an excellent perspective of governance issues. He has a thorough understanding of economy, banking matters, regulations, policies, and practices governing the banking and finance landscape.
Shahbano Hameed is a graduate from NUST Business School and a Postgraduate from Aston Business School Birmingham in Finance. In continuation to her financial skill excellence she is also pursuing the CFA charter. She has a diverse and a long corporate banking and digital product development experience starting from Allied Bank in 2004 to Barclays Bank in 2008, Askari Bank in 2011 and most recently as Director and National Head of B2B Sales at Telenor Bank for the past seven years. She has been instrumental in setting up the Corprate and Government relations desk at Easypaisa and at the forefront of designing and implementing out of the box digital solutions for both government programs as well as large local and multinational corporate. With a multifaceted experience of approx 15 years she has written various microfinance publications and had Directorship positions in large local Corporates.
