I have been working in technology and Unified Communications for the last 30 years. Since starting my career in internal IT operations, my focus has shifted to customer facing responsibilities. In my current role as Manager of the Avaya Collaboration Engineering team at C1, I work to understand new UC technologies and help customers implement services. My team is responsible for deployment of Avaya technologies such Conferencing, Messaging, Networking, IP Communications, SIP services, and CTI. I have a specific interest in security an hold a Masters of Science in Computer Science.
