Gonzalo Palacios Vásquez is an industrial civil engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica. He has an outstanding 44-year track record in the energy sector. He was a member of the Comisión Nacional de Energía (CNE) from its creation in 1978 until the end of 1989, actively participating in the design and implementation of Chile's energy policy. He had a special participation in the new electricity law promulgated in 1982, as well as in the legal modifications introduced to the gas law at the end of the 80s decade.

Isabella Alessio is a Lawyer from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and has a Master's degree in European Law.
She began her professional career in 2000 at the "Clifford Chance" law firm, in Barcelona, Spain. In 2002 she moved to Rome to the "Grimaldi e Associati" law firm and in 2011 she joined the Enel Group as Head of Corporate Affairs for Iberia and Latin America at Enel Green Power. In 2014 he began to work as Head of Legal Affairs for North, Central, and South America for the Global Infrastructure and Networks line of Enel S.p.A, until 2017 when she assumed as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for the Thermal Generation business line.
Currently, Isabella is Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Global Procurement of the Enel Group.

Monica Girardi holds a "Summa cum laude" degree in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
She began her career in 2003 as a consultant - associate at Ambrosetti Stern Stewart. In 2005 she joined the Lehman Brothers equity research team as an analyst covering European public services and infrastructure and moved to Barclays in 2009 as a senior research analyst responsible for Italian and Iberian public services.
In 2018 she joined Enel as Head of Group Investor Relations.
