Aashir had 2 years' experience within the accounts industry when he joined the Focus Cloud Group. He is now part of the finance team, developing his skills and providing high quality customer service to our external and internal stakeholders.

Albi joined the Focus Cloud Group in 2022. He has experience working with junior to senior IT professionals, assisting them to find their ideal role around Europe.
Albi prides himself on listening and understanding candidates' and clients' needs and requirements, and he strives to build strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

Ben joined Focus on SAP in 2022 as a Recruitment Specialist. He has a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology (Erp) and Logistics & Transportation industry.
Outside of work, Ben is a Liverpool supporter, and you can regularly find him playing 5-a-side football. Ben is also a basketball fan, with his team being the Boston Celtics!
With over 12 years' experience in SAP recruitment, Chris has been an integral part of the Focus On SAP team since October 2020. Throughout Chris' career, SAP has been 99% of his focus, although he has assisted his clients in the past with other complimentary technology areas.
Chris is a huge technology enthusiast with a love of pizza and describes himself as a Night owl!
He enjoys getting out and about and living life to its fullest with his biggest fear, being fear itself! When all is said and done he would love to soak up the sun in Cyprus and enjoy the hot weather and fresh food! As a kid, his favourite TV show was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and he also loves to sing in the shower!

Christophe has over 3 years' experience in recruitment. Starting his career focusing on Education, Software Development and Data Science. Joining Focus On SAP in June 2021, Christophe recently celebrated his one year anniversary!
In his free time, you can find Christophe in the kitchen, cooking up new dishes! He enjoys watching sports and is an avid Arsenal fan!
Grant joined the Focus Cloud Group with 5 years' experience in IT, working in various companies and industries. Primarily, Grant started as an IT assistant, supporting the Focus family with any IT issues and help wherever needed! He received his promotion to IT Manager in 2023, after 1 year with the group.
Interesting fact - He has had the opportunity to interview Dan Walker, Carlo Ancelotti and Sir Alex Ferguson.

Jonathan has over 10 years' experience working in recruitment. His first 3 years worked in the Industrial & Logistics and Education sectors, before moving into SAP recruitment where he found his specialism.
Joining Focus on SAP in March 2021, Jonathan saw an ambitious group of companies looking to grow their SAP business unit, with a family feel culture (there are colleagues who are family related!). It was an opportunity that felt right!
In his personal time, you can find Jonathan supporting his favourite football team, Arsenal, and watching Formula 1. A gym fanatic, although recently he admitted he was slacking slightly in that department!

Lloyd has 20 years' worth of recruitment industry experience and 7 years within the Workday ecosystem. Lloyd has been one of the major driving forces behind the success of the Focus Cloud Group to date.
Being a CEO for the last 7 and half years certainly has taught him a few things, but with his desire and drive to win, nothing will stop him from creating a successful recruitment agency.
When he's not in the office you will find him either in the Gym, behind the wheel of his beloved cars, or enjoying some quality time with his family.

Nicki joined the Focus Cloud Group in 2022, as Compliance & Contracts Administrator. After working in private domiciliary care for the past 18 years, and reaching her goal of becoming a Registered Manager, Nicki decided to take her career in a different direction. With her experience in compliance, contracts and HR, she has been able to transfer her extensive skills and knowledge to this new role.
In her spare time, Nicki enjoys spending time with her 3 amazing children and 2 grandsons. She also enjoys the odd weekend away and visiting places of interest in the UK and abroad.
Perry is a CIPD Qualified HR Professional with experience in all areas of Recruitment, plus a wide area of Employee Relations and HR related matters. Driven to succeed, provide an excellent service and committed to maintaining high standards. Perry is consistently looking for ways to improve processes and HR Services, in line with the company mission.
Interesting Fact: Perry is a HUGE Michael Jackson fan.
Peter has 14 years of experience in accounts with 4 years of that within the Focus Cloud Group. Peter joined the Focus Cloud Group midway through 2017 and has helped to improve our internal accounting processes as well as lead the accounts team. Outside of work, Peter loves to spend time with his wife and 3 children and most weekends will consist of a mixture of Rugby practice, Karate, and a cinema trip.
After nearly a decade in healthcare, Rachel decided to make a career change and joined the recruitment industry. She started as a Recruitment Consultant, where she discovered she had a flair for marketing, leading her to the Marketing Team at The Focus Cloud Group. Her position as Marketing Assistant allows her to combine her creativity with her passion for the recruitment industry.
Ryan has been in the Recruitment Industry and the Focus Cloud Group since 2016.
Ryan has built himself up to be a pillar of the Focus Cloud team, looking after the multiple brands and everything Marketing. Everything Ryan has learned in the marketing world has been self-taught and self-motivated. He will make sure the job gets done and solve any of the problems the recruitment team face on a day to day basis. When Ryans not in the office you will find Ryan either on the football pitch or on the PlayStation!

Sasha joined the Focus Cloud Group in December 2022, with 15 years' experience in Credit Control. During her career so far, she has accumulated over 25 years' experience in Finance/Accounting roles.
She prides herself on getting the job done, helping to improve processes and internal controls, providing great customer service and supporting her colleagues wherever she can. She absolutely loves doing Credit Control as it is her forté.
When she is not working, she loves watching rugby with her husband - Come On You Quins! She has two beautiful dogs and loves reading a good book, holidaying in their caravan, and spending time outdoors just enjoying life.
