Amir Tarighi

Amir is a highly skilled and motivated professional with a dual Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Community and Regional Planning, focusing on transportation engineering. He has accumulated two years of valuable experience in transportation industry, including transportation planning, traffic engineering, traffic modeling, and roadway design. As a transportation engineer, he has been responsible for analyzing traffic patterns, conducting traffic studies, and developing innovative solutions to improve traffic flow and safety. He is proficient in utilizing various software and tools to model, analyze, and visualize traffic data, such as VISSIM, SYNCHRO, and ARC GIS. In addition, he has assisted professional engineers in roadway design projects, where he has been utilizing civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Open Roads to provide construction plans, roadway geometries, and roadway horizontal and vertical alignments.

Collette Frohlich

Collette is a Project Engineer with 16 years of experience in traffic engineering. She has served municipal clients nationwide. In addition, she has served as the owner's representative for reviewing private development studies and site plans for the purpose of issuing utility permits. Her background includes planning, design and operations projects such as traffic signal warrant studies, intersection design studies, alternatives analyses and traffic signal design. Collette's background in traffic safety includes her master's thesis on a Before and After Study of Dilemma Zone Protection Systems at Signalized Intersections.

Josh Barger

Josh is an EIT with 4 years of diverse experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. His traffic engineering experience includes development of traffic design plans, to include signing and pavement marking, traffic signal, temporary traffic control, and traffic studies. His transportation planning experience includes the development of public transportation agency safety plans, federal, state and local grant applications, and transit site inventory and salvage reporting.

Mike Blankenship

Mike is a professional engineer and is certified as a Road Safety Professional (RSP). He has 35 years of traffic engineering and transportation planning work and leadership with a successful blend of technical, management, and communication skills. His focus has been on traffic safety for all road users, and he has a brilliant track record of developing highly productive and motivated project teams made up of staff and partnering agencies from multiple disciplines with various skill levels. Mike's excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills have helped over 100 agencies achieve their transportation goals. He has conducted 95 RSAs throughout Arizona and numerous other studies including traffic, pedestrian and bicyclist safety/circulation, crash locations prioritization and hazard ranking, speed, signal warrants, network screening, parking circulation, origin/destination and traffic impact studies.

Scott Kelley

Scott is a licensed professional engineer (AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV), as well as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). He has over 20 years of experience in traffic engineering and has developed an expertise in traffic design and transportation planning studies within Arizona and across the country. Scott's work has focused on serving public agencies and private clients of all sizes. His experience includes both roadway and freeway improvements projects, studies for master planned communities and large commercial developments. Scott's design experience includes signing, pavement marking, sign formatting, overhead sign elevation design, traffic control, construction sequencing, traffic signals, ITS infrastructure, and parking layouts. His experience with traffic engineering studies includes Design Concept Reports, Traffic Signal Warrant analyses, preparing various traffic engineering technical letters and Traffic Impact Studies. Scott has also prepared traffic designs plans for system interchanges.
