Originally founded in 2012 by Martin Jochman Dip Arch RIBA and Kiona Qing M.A. (Academy of Arts SF) Leed GA . In 2017 joining with Richard Andrews, combining resources and capabilities of their established practices in UK and in China. From 2021 JADE established presence in UAE, based in Dubai, providing architectural and planning consultancy services in the Middle East.
