Boasting a rich career in finance, Anthony brings over two decades of experience spanning capital and equipment funding, home loans, commercial acquisitions, property development and Investor lending and a number of other diverse business lending solutions. With a 23-year tenure at ASB Business Banking, this has provided him a specialised knowledge and understanding of the SME sector. Anthony loves engaging with clients and thrives on tailoring finance solutions to meet specific needs whilst fostering long lasting relationships.
Franc immigrated to New Zealand from Zambia at the end of 2020 and joined the Luminate team. He has a background as a self-employed businessman and enjoys bringing his business analysis skills, experience, and knowledge to his role at Luminate. He has a focus of ensuring clients are taken care of and are informed through good communication. In his free time, he is a keen fisherman and gardener.
Gary has been a successful property investor for over 10 years and has coached over 100 people in property investing. He has now returned to work in the finance sector over the last 3 years. Gary brings a wealth of knowledge in property investing, and structuring property finances. Gary has appeared a dozen times in the NZ Herald over last 5 years commenting on the finance market in NZ. Gary prides himself on looking after his clients and is always available to have a chat about property. In his personal time Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Hilary has been working with Luminate for over 16 years and is a founding member of the business with a background in bank management. Always friendly and inviting, Hilary is a people person who understands her clients and their individual needs. She is determined, works very hard and takes a holistic approach to finance, always putting the client at the centre.

Praneel comes with strong commercial and business experience from his tenure with ANZ and UDC banking units and is top achiever who has always made the cornerstone of his career to put the client first.
Priority, performance and passion are the key to his success along with building strong meaningful relationships both internal and external.
In his spare time Praneel is busy with his loving wife and young daughter.
Sue has been an integral part of of the team for many years. She ensures the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly.
She is a friendly, loyal team member who will advise and assist you with any queries.
In her spare time she enjoys travel, baking and spending time with her daughter.
Trent has worked in the finance sector for over 20 years and brings with him a breadth of experience in helping clients make sound and secure financial decisions.
He works hard to ensure that his clients get the best possible deal, and has relationships with many diverse contacts in the field. In his personal time Trent enjoys keeping up to date with his favourite rugby teams, travelling and spending time with his family.
