Alessandro de Botton began his professional career in 1997 with a well-known Milan-based law firm, focusing mainly on litigation and arbitration, labour law and commercial contracts. In 2000 he joined Lombardi e Associati, practising primarily in corporate law, banking and finance. In 2003 he became junior partner with Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati, and thereafter with Lombardi Molinari e Associati (to become Lombardi Molinari Segni), where he was equity partner from 2006 to 2016.
Since January 2017 he has been an equity partner of Molinari e Associati, first, and of Molinari Agostinelli, then.
He has significant experience in corporate transactions (such as company and business acquisitions and disposals, mergers, and joint ventures) advising both industrial undertakings and private equity funds. He is very active in the real estate sector, advising institutional investors, both Italian and foreign, as well as developers. His practice includes also litigation; in the last years he has been involved in several corporate restructurings.

Alessandro Fontana joined in 2000 the legal office of the Large Corporate department of Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A. (now Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.), mainly advising the management of the bank's credit division.
From 2008 to 2016 he was with Lombardi Molinari e Associati (subsequently Lombardi Molinari Segni) of which he became salary partner in 2013.
From January 2017 to July 2021 he was a salary partner of Molinari e Associati.
As from July 2021 he is equity partner of Molinari Agostinelli.
He advises national and international banks on important financing and structured finance transactions as well as in the management of complex debt restructurings.

Beatrice Neri began her legal career in 2001.

In the real estate sector he represents funds and developers in investment and co-investments, acquisitions, developments, and lease transactions. He has a specific track record in build-to-suit transactions concerning logistic assets.
Ciro has also experience in business dispute resolution, both in the context of litigation and arbitration proceedings.
He has lectured at Bocconi University in Milan and Federico II University in Naples as adjunct professor and assistant and has published legal papers.

Daniela regularly assists insurance carriers, banks, financial intermediaries, private equity funds and other Italian and foreign regulated entities.
She has gained specific and in-depth experience in national and crossborder M&A transactions and other extraordinary transactions, the reform of corporate governance, remuneration policies and audits (following changes in the corporate bodies or upon request of the competent regulators), compliance issues, authorization, inspection and sanctioning proceedings before the European Central Bank, the Bank of Italy and the Insurance Supervisory Authority (IVASS), as well as bancassurance and outsourcing agreements.
Daniela has also advised banks and other regulated entities on capital and organizational restructuring processes resulting from the implementation of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Banking Recovery and Resolution Directive.
