Bharat is a Chartered Accountant with passion for unlocking value. He has 24 years of work experience, majority of which was with Unilever plc. He has worked in different businesses (Soaps, Soups, Soft Drinks, Metal, Mining & Automobiles), different functions (Sales, Supply chain & Finance) and across different geographies (India, Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai, Zurich and US). Bharat joined M&M in 2020 as the CFO for Automotive Division, based out of our Mumbai office. He has been closely working with the leadership team to deliver a resilient financial performance in the midst of Covid uncertainties whilst shaping the long-term strategic path.

Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Pune, India and is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Prior to Mahindra, Mr. Deepak was Lead - Renewables & Energy Storage (Executive Vice President) at the Reliance Group. Earlier to this, he was CEO - Hybrid and Energy Storage Business for Sterling and Wilson, a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company. Deepak has worked with major industry players such as Larsen & Tourbo Ltd., Honeywell, and Thermax. He has a proven track record of incubating new businesses with global footprints. He has successfully handled various responsibilities encompassing sales, marketing, corporate strategy, business planning and strategic alliances in addition to P&L ownership across a wide spectrum of industries comprising energy, industrial equipment, electronics, and infrastructure, in career spanning three decades.

Rakesh Singhania is BE - Electrical & Electronics having 15 years of rich experience in product & project business encompassing domestic as well as international markets.Prior to Mahindra Solarize Rakesh has had stints with L&T Electrical & Automation in the field of manufacturing, sales & marketing, project management and channel management. He has been instrumental in developing new geographies and expanding the existing ones with distinguished success.

Sanjay holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from REC Bhopal (NIT) & Masters from AIM, Manila, Philippines. Sanjay has extensive experience in developing successful businesses. Sanjay started his career with Greaves Cotton Ltd., and has worked across Powergen Industries like Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. & Cummins India Ltd. He is with Mahindra Group since 2015, started as a National Sales Head of Mahindra Powerol, the energy division of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and raised the Business to a leadership position. Apart of being a CEO of Mahindra Solarize he is also leading Mahindra Powerol Business as Business Head.

Tanpreet Singh is the Business Head of Mahindra Solarize. He joined the Mahindra Group as part of the Group Management Cadre (GMC) in 2012. Prior to heading the business at Solarize, he worked with the Agribusiness and Tractor verticals where he launched 4 new businesses. Tanpreet has a diversified experience of 14+ years with Automotive, Agriculture and Energy sectors spanning across Product Development, Product Management, Strategy, Operations, Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Tanpreet holds BTech. - Mechanical Engg from IIT Delhi and PGDM from IIM Lucknow

He has excelled in designing and engineering various projects, including rooftop systems, large ground installations, unique canal-top, offshore, and solar agriculture projects, as well as self-sustaining home energy storage systems. His expertise with companies like Tata Power Solar and Enphase has played a crucial role in the success of solar engineering projects and practice development.
