NACTR

The National Association for Charitable Textile Recycling (NACTR) is a non-profit organization established in 2018, we are dedicated to promoting and facilitating charitable textile recycling in Canada. Our founding members include several charity and non-profit organizations from across the country, including Diabetes Canada, The Salvation Army Thrift Store, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Goodwill, and the Development Disabilities Association. Together, we recognize the importance of promoting sustainable practices and aiding the circular economy, as well as the tremendous social benefits that come from increased textile donation awareness... NACTR represents charities and non-for profit groups across Canada and is operated remotely by a board of directors from several provinces.
