Angela Fletcher - Chief Commercial Officer

Angela Fletcher has over 30 years of experience in industry in commercial, business development and legal roles. Prior to NSMP, Angela served as a Chief Commercial Officer of Ancala Midstream, establishing and growing a midstream infrastructure business. Prior to that Angela held senior legal and commercial leadership positions in ConocoPhillips in the UK and consulted for upstream energy companies operating in the UK, Norway, Holland and Mongolia. Angela has an LLB (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh.

Cameron Slane

Job Titles:

Cameron Slane has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining NSMP in 2022 Cameron held senior technical, operations and asset management roles with CNOOC, Centrica Energy E&P and Talisman Energy, gaining extensive experience in technical leadership of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Cameron holds an MEng in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Aberdeen University and an MSC in Petroleum Engineering from Herriot Watt University.

Gab Barbaro

Gab Barbaro has substantial experience in executive management. He joined the NSMP Board in 2020 and until recently was Non-Executive Director for Biffa plc. Gab is currently Managing Director at Wren House Infrastructure Management where he is responsible for asset management across the portfolio. Before joining Wren House, he was Managing Director, Centrica, where is spent over 11 years in key leadership roles and prior that, he held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group and Accenture in Europe. Gab holds a Bachelors' degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law and an MBA.

John Barry

John Barry joined the NSMP Board in 2019 as a non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee. In addition to his role at NSMP, he sits on the Board of Anglian Water Group as a non-executive director, Cory Group as the non-executive Chair, and SUSI Infrastructure energy transition fund as an independent member of the investment committee. Prior to these roles, John spent over 8 years as a Managing Director of First Reserve before which he was a director at 3i Infrastructure. John holds a degree in Physics and is a Chartered Accountant. He brings extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector and uses this to support the business in the delivery of its strategy.

Laurits Haga

Job Titles:

Laurits Haga has extensive experience in the Norwegian and international oil and gas business. He joined the NSMP Board as non-executive director in 2019 and became Chair of NSMP's Norwegian subsidiaries in 2021 following a career at Petoro where he was Vice President Marketing and Sales and responsible for downstream oil and gas assets. Prior that, he was Head of the gas division at ExxonMobil having spent over 20 years in various other management posts. Laurits hold a degree in Economics and brings substantial knowledge of the Norwegian North Sea which enhances the board's ability to support the business in the Norwegian North Sea and to oversee the delivery of NSMP's new strategy.

Paul Warwick

Job Titles:

Paul Warwick was a chair and NED for several energy and supply chain companies prior to becoming chair at NSMP in 2019. In addition to his role at NSMP, he sits on the boards of Well-Safe Solutions and Ardyne Technologies (where he is non-executive chair). He was previously Executive Vice President for Talisman Energy, where he was responsible for corporate technical functions and international operations. Prior to this, he spent 31 years with Conoco and ConocoPhillips in various roles, latterly, as President for the EMEA. Paul is a Chartered Engineer who brings to the board, extensive knowledge and leadership in all facets of upstream businesses, including gas production, transportation and processing.

Piotr Sochocki

Piotr Sochocki has several years of experience managing regulated and non-regulated infrastructure assets. He joined the NSMP Board in 2018 and is also currently a board member at Direct ChassisLink, Inc. In the past, he has held board roles at Viesgo, Global Power Generation, Associated British Ports and Thames Water. Piotr is a Managing Director at Wren House where he is responsible for the origination and execution of transactions in the European Energy Transition space. Prior to joining Wren House, he worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch advising infrastructure clients on M&A and financing transactions in European utilities sector. Piotr holds an MSc in Finance and Management and is a CFA Charterholder.

Richard Ozsanlav - CFO

Richard Ozsanlav has over 14 years of experience in the energy industry across the oil and gas and nuclear sectors and before moving into industry he worked in the financial services sector. Prior to joining NSMP as CFO in September 2020, Richard spent over five years as Executive Director, Finance & Control, at Urenco Limited, one of the world's leading enrichers of natural uranium for use in civil nuclear power plants. He also previously worked at Centrica plc, for just under seven years, across M&A / Corporate Development, Gas Storage and Upstream O&G. Richard also has extensive experience in the financial services sector having worked at BNP Paribas in the investment banking division and at PwC where he started his career and also qualified as a CFA.

Sara Sulaiman

Sara Sulaiman has significant experience in principal investing across private equity and infrastructure. She joined the NSMP Board in 2019 and is Investment Principal, Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P Morgan Asset Management. Before joining JP Morgan, she held various roles investment banking, advisory and corporates within energy, oil and gas and infrastructure at Simmons & Company, KPMG, and Shell. Sara holds a Bachelors' degree in Economics, MPhil in Economics and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Sayma Cox - CEO

Sayma joined North Sea Midstream Partners in September 2022, taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer. Under Sayma's leadership, NSMP is committed to embracing the opportunities and challenges facing the North Sea energy sector, using our assets (at St Fergus Gas Terminal, Teesside and in Norway), and expertise to make a positive difference to both the security of supply and the energy transition. Sayma has over 25 years of experience across a broad range of areas within the energy industry. Before joining NSMP, Sayma spent four years at bp, serving as the Senior Vice President of their Non-Operated Joint Ventures (NOJV). Prior to that, Sayma held several roles in various capacities across technical, operations and management at Maersk Oil, Petrofac, Woodside Energy and ConocoPhillips gaining a deep knowledge of the UKCS. In addition, she has an extensive global experience working in Australia, Dubai, and Romania and has more recently enhanced her capabilities within the low carbon and renewables areas through new opportunities across bp's material NOJV portfolio. Sayma holds an MEng in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from Imperial College, London. Sayma is also an alumna of the SAID Business School. Sayma currently serves on the Board of Offshore Energies UK ("OEUK"), the leading representative body for the UK's offshore energies industry.

Stuart Horne

Stuart Horne has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and brings a wealth of knowledge across Operational, Technical and major Capital Project development areas. Prior to joining NSMP in 2021 Stuart held the role of Technical Director for Spirit Energy overseeing Upstream O&G Assets both Onshore and Offshore across the UK & Netherlands North Sea, Morecambe and Norway regions. Stuart has also fulfilled roles as a past Operations Manager holding the Regulatory and management responsibility for a mature Offshore Gas Production Hub and an Operations & Start Up Manager for a major new Gas Field development project in the UKCS. Stuart is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Master of Engineering Hons Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Newcastle University.

Suzanne Hopkinson - Chief Legal Officer

Suzanne Hopkinson has been qualified for over 25 years with more than 10 years' experience working in the oil and gas sector. She joined NSMP in 2021 from private practice and was promoted to General Counsel in 2022. Suzanne previously held senior roles working both in-house and in private practice in the UK and Hong Kong across a variety sectors, including telecoms and investment banking. Suzanne has a LLB Law and trained with Hogan Lovells from where she qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales.
