READDI began with a groundbreaking collaboration between the University of North Carolina (UNC)-Chapel Hill, the UNC Eshelman Institute for Innovation (EII) and the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC)... COVID-19 isn't the world's first pandemic. Nor will it be the last - unless we bring together the world's best scientific minds and give them the resources to stop the next virus from becoming a global catastrophe... COVID-19 has shown us we are unprepared for a global pandemic. READDI aims to change that by accelerating the pace of antiviral drug discovery and development.
