Alla Reznik is the head of Global Enterprise Products and Solutions for Verizon Business Group. With visionary direction, collaboration at the core and tenacity in execution she leads a global team fulfilling the complete solutions life-cycle process, encompassing: concept and market placement visioning; monetization strategy, competitive analysis; technology and strategic partner integration; and final development and deployment. As a recognized industry thought-leader Ms. Reznik has been interviewed and quoted by major publications including WSJ, No Jitter, Computer World, TMC Magazine.

Ann Berkowitz is Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Administration and Strategic Policy for Somos, Inc. Ann is responsible for corporate administration, human resources, and regulatory and public policy. Prior to joining the Somos team in 2016, Ann was a founding member of the Somos Board of Directors and served as Chair of the Compensation and Investment Committees and Chair of the Board of Directors during her tenure.
Most recently, Ann was Executive Director, Federal Regulatory Affairs for Verizon Communications where she was the corporation's leading advocate before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on a variety of telecommunications policy areas that affect Verizon including local number portability, Toll-Free services and consumer protection policy. Ann has over 20 years of telecom and government relations experience, and a broad policy background in wireless, wireline, and other technology areas.
Ann has been active in numerous civic and business organizations and is an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association. Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from the University of Maryland. She is an avid writer and enjoys traveling in her spare time.

Anna Patruno joined the Board of Directors in February 2015. Anna served as Board Chair from October 2016 through December 2020. She currently serves as the Chair of the Risk Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Anna is a finance executive with a breadth and depth of knowledge across finance, accounting, and operations. She currently serves as Chief Audit Executive at Firserv. Brook Colangelo joined the Board of Directors in April 2023. Brook serves as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Risk Committee. Brook is a strategic cybersecurity and technology executive with experience in both the private and public sectors and across a range of industries. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Waters Corporation, one of the world's leading developers of analytical instruments and software serving the life, food and materials sciences, where he leads global IT and digital business transformation. Prior to this role, Brook served as Chief Technology Officer for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and as Chief Information Officer of the White House under President Barack Obama. During his time at the White House, Brook was responsible for modernizing, securing, and managing all aspects of the technology platforms and infrastructure supporting the first-ever digitally connected President of the United States.
Brook currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of ISO New England, an independent, not-for-profit corporation responsible for ensuring the reliable flow of electricity across New England.

Craig Lennon joined Google in Oct of 2013, where he now leads global voice and messaging interconnection efforts. Prior to joining Google, Craig served in various positions in business development, carrier operations management, public policy, and finance while working for Vonage and Broadview Networks (now Windstream). In 2016, Craig became a member of the Somos Advisory Board and his team is currently leading a number of Google's engagements with industry stakeholders including trade associations, standards committees, and government agencies. More recently, Craig was appointed to the North American Numbering Council by the FCC in 2017.

Daniele oversees a coordinated enterprise risk management strategy at Somos which helps inform strategic execution and business operations. She is responsible for managing key risk areas including cybersecurity, compliance and crisis management. Daniele leads a legal team that advises management on all legal aspects of the company's operations, including intellectual property, privacy and compliance, strategic partnerships, commercial contracts and employment.
As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Daniele also advises the company's Board of Directors on all aspects of corporate governance.
Daniele joined Somos in 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer providing legal counsel to high growth companies in a variety of industries. Before joining Somos, Daniele practiced law at both Morse and Foley Hoag LLP, where she advised businesses on a broad range of matters. Daniele earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Bates College.

He leads all phases of business plan development and collaborates with business units and internal stakeholders to effectively execute these plans.
David brings over twenty years of business development experience in global technology infrastructure. Before joining Somos in 2017, he was Vice President for Sales, Marketing, Product and Strategic Partners at Public Interest Registry, the operator of the .org top level domain name. Prior to that he was Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at Verisign for the world's largest domain Registry operating .com, .net, .edu and .tv among others.
David spent several years in the London and Reston offices of Concert Communications. Before leaving his native Australia, David started his professional career at KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Ms. Thomas is a strategic-minded human resources executive who brings more than 20 years of experience leading talent and organizational effectiveness strategies to optimize business performance. Gina M. Perini is Somos' Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. Gina also serves as Chair of the Executive Committee.
Since joining the company in 2012, initially as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, and later as Acting President and CEO, Gina has transformed Somos into the industry's leading provider of registry management and data solutions.

Howard Woolley joined the Board of Directors in September 2017. Howard serves as the Lead Director and as a member of the Executive Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. Howard is currently President & CEO of Howard Woolley Group LLC, a strategic business and public policy advisory firm serving the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Howard is a recognized leader in the field of regulatory risk management, public policy and government affairs. He has been profiled in the National Journal and his 2014 article on corporate board governance of regulatory risk was published in the National Association of Corporate Director's Directorship.com.
Howard served as Senior Vice President for wireless public policy and strategic alliances for Verizon Communications. In that position, he served as public policy advisor to every CEO of Verizon Wireless from its founding in 2000 until Howard's retirement from the company in 2013. Howard's board service includes Johns Hopkins University, Johns Hopkins Medicine, the Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication, Apple Hospitality REIT and Allianz Life Insurance Company. Kathleen Abernathy joined the Board of Directors in March 2019. Kathleen serves as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee. She is a leader and visionary in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Kathleen's career highlights include her appointment as an FCC Commissioner from May 2001 until December 2005, after which she joined Frontier Communications' Board of Directors, and subsequently served as its Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, Regulatory and Governmental Affairs. During her tenure at Frontier, she was on the senior leadership team that oversaw three major strategic acquisitions that eventually grew Frontier to a Fortune 250 company.

Lisa is a thought-leader and experienced executive in the energy and utility industry. She is currently Managing Principal of Hudson Strategic Advisors, an economic analysis and strategic advisory firm she founded in 2012. Lisa's other career highlights include serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Regulatory, Risk and Compliance Officer for National Grid plc, a global energy provider, from 2008 until 2012, as well as in executive roles at PECO, an Exelon Company, TIAA-CREF and Duke Energy Corporation. Michelle Larsen is Somos' Sr. Vice President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO). She is responsible for the overall customer-experience for Somos' products and services. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, she leads the customer engagement and product strategy efforts, with the responsibility of the overall marketing strategy, including customer program development, brand management and corporate communications as well as leading and developing new products that exceed business and customer expectations.
Michelle brings with her over 20 years' experience and is a global marketing and customer-relations expert who connects people and products through technology. Her strategic marketing and product management experience is rooted in both telecommunications, working with AT&T, Sprint and Verizon, and satellite communications, working for such leaders as SiriusXM and iDirect. Prior to joining Somos, Michelle led the integrated marketing strategy team at K12, an online education company, where she directed the national lead generation campaigns.
As a graduate of The George Washington University, Michelle holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

With a focus on technology finance, business development and growth, Rachael has supported organizations with revenue from $15 million to $5+ billion and staffs from 50 to 5000. Rachael's experience is supported by B.S. in Accounting, M.B.A. in Management-Organizational Behaviorism and International Business and Doctoral coursework in Management Science and Strategic Planning.
In her free time, Rachael is passionate about supporting and empowering our future leaders. Sridhar (Sri) Ramachandran is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Somos, Inc. Sri is responsible for overseeing Somos' technology strategy and long-term vision. Prior to joining Somos, Mr. Ramachandran most recently served as the Vice President and Americas Head of IoT & Mobility Solutions at G+D Mobile Security Inc., where he led the organization's Internet of Things technical vision and strategic business development.
Mr. Ramachandran's global technology leadership expertise spans two decades and includes specific experience in telecommunications, mobile, VoIP, Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud services. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
