Adrian has over eight years dedicated to results-driven operational excellence. Adrian has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the O&G industry, primarily focusing on controls and automation. Adrian is experienced in planning, directing, and overseeing operations for Strata, ensuring efficiencies and cost-effective processes not only apply to our company but can be passed on to our clients. While working with leaders in the field, Adrian has collaborated across many industries making fact-based decisions to drive future successes throughout his home of southern Texas. Adrian studied Mechanical Engineering at McMurray University.

Ashley is a graduate of Tarleton State University and has been a part of the Strata leadership team for over a year. With an intensive background ranging from health/fitness, teaching/coaching, safety, and management, the culture of our safety department is expanding. Teaching and coaching our employees to embrace safety in all aspects of their job responsibilities helps promote a positive, proactive safe environment for both our employees and our customers.
Ashley began her career with Strata in 2012. Over the years, she advanced within the organization to her current role as Office Manager. With over 16 years of experience in office administration in the oil and gas industry, Ashley evaluates, maintains, and implements processes and procedures to keep office operations running efficiently. From our DFW location, she manages office administrators, ensuring united management processes across all aspects of Strata.

- Engineering Manager - Permian Region
With almost 19 years in the automation & controls engineering field, Erik has been directly involved in many large projects in the Permian and Williston Basins. In addition, Erik has worked on numerous large private and government jobs across the US and has been part of several groundbreaking projects with emerging technologies. Erik graduated from the University of South Carolina in Computer Engineering and went straight to work as a software engineer. Erik has worked across many industries, including Mining, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Water and Wastewater.
Jose has served as Strata's Procurement Manager since 2014. Before joining Strata, Jose worked with Oil and Gas Companies, including Shell, Anadarko, Plains Production and Exploration, Occidental Petroleum, and XTO as a contractor and employee. In addition, he has served in several roles within the Oil and Gas Industry, including Production, Measurement, and I&E capacity. Before breaking into the industry, Jose spent eight years as an Internal Auditor for EZCORP, one of the nation's leaders in the secondary finance market. Jose earned a B.S. in Finance from Texas A&M - Kingsville.
Bringing over a decade of oilfield service background to Strata, Matt joined the company to help manage DFW operations, service quality, and sales opportunities. Matt has held leadership roles across various companies focused on engineering, operations, training, and sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and resides with his growing family in Fort Worth, TX.
Mohamed designs and commissions automation, control, and information systems. His expertise is in recommending and developing Industry 4.0 digital infrastructure from edge to cloud through all levels of the automation stack. Mohamed has more than a decade of experience with instrumentation, automation, and control systems in onshore and offshore E&P, midstream pipeline transmission, W&WW, manufacturing plants, power generation, and transmission. He holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

- Engineering Manager - San Antonio Region
Nirmal began as an intern with Strata in 2013 and has steadily grown into the Engineering Manager - San Antonio region position. He leads his team of dedicated engineers across the spectrum of project engineering, control systems design, programming, testing, and field commissioning, delivering numerous triumphs over the years. Nirmal's vast domain knowledge across the Oil & Gas value chain of upstream, midstream, and downstream processes, helps provide customized solutions to our clients.
Nirmal has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He previously worked as a Project Engineer with Mott MacDonald in the UAE.

- Operations Manager - Eastern Region
Richard's time with Flow Data dates back to 2008 as an I&E Technician and later as an Engineer. In 2010, he became the Region Operations Manager for Strata in the Eastern US and continues providing our clients with unparalleled service from our Lemont Furnace, PA office. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and has spent most of his career focused on Process Automation, Systems Integration, and Project Management.
Over the last 25 years, Bob has demonstrated an unbeaten track record as both a President and Chief Financial Officer. Before Strata, Bob worked 2 years for Synergy Energy out of Dallas, TX., as Chief Financial Officer; 3 years for John Crane in Chicago, Il. as VP of Finance; and 10 years for John Crane Americas in Chicago, IL. as President. Earlier in his career, Bob spent time in Europe and Canada working for various Multinational companies. He graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada, with an Economics Degree.
Tony brings 50+ years of Automation, Engineering, and Design innovation to Strata. Starting his career in design engineering, Tony has worked in various positions honing his expertise in Automated Assembly Systems, Robotic Systems, Material Handling systems, and Robotic Palletizing Systems. With experience in leadership, technical expertise, and marketplace knowledge, Tony strives to make Strata's robotics team a world-class Industrial Automation Supplier.

Zack began his career with Flow Data (now Strata) in 2008 and has established himself as an integral part of the team and a great resource to his clients and colleagues. He served as a Panel Shop Technician, I&E Technician, and since 2016 has served as Strata's Application Engineering Manager. Zack has developed an extensive technical background and knowledge of oil and gas automation for both the upstream and midstream - and serves our customers across the United States.
