At The Geriatric Practice, we have a multidisciplinary group of geriatrician (with sub-speciality interest in cognition), nurse and neuropsychologists to help evaluate memory/ cognitive difficulties... Good geriatric care includes holistic multidisciplinary management of the common conditions in older adults with our caring and competent allied healthcare professionals. At the Geriatric Practice, we have partnered a team of like-minded individuals to work together with our older adults and caregivers to provide person-centred care.
