Chris Bonner

Chris has been working in real estate asset management since 2009 and has been responsible for devising and implementing asset management strategies on a £550m portfolio of retail and office assets throughout the UK for M&G. Prior to joining W RE, he worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Capital & Counties on the Covent Garden estate. Chris obtained a BSc in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University.

David Owen - CFO

David is a chartered accountant (through SAICA and the ICAEW) who has been working within finance and real estate since 2015. Before joining W.RE, David ran the finance functions at Arish Capital Partners and Wainbridge Limited, with a strong focus on investments and developments throughout the UK and Europe. David has a BCom Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of Johannesburg.
