Anna Lucsok - COO

Ms. Lucsok previously served as Vice President of Reimbursement and Sales Operations with Zynex Medical. In this position she was responsible for leading and expanding Zynex's order, reimbursement, patient experience, and inside sales support operations. During her tenure each of these teams have consistently achieved quarterly targets, while also expanding in size. Ms. Lucsok brings more than nine years of healthcare operations experience as well as critical knowledge of revenue cycle management and medical care collections. Ms. Lucsok has been involved in various operations positions as well as management positions with Zynex since her start in 2018, including serving as Billing Manager. She's previously held key positions with companies such as University of Colorado Hospital, and Schryver Medical. Ms. Lucsok holds certification in medical billing as well as completed her degree in Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State University.

Barry Michaels

Barry Michaels has 40 years of financial and general management experience in the medical device and biotechnology industries with industry leaders including Medtronic, Johnson and Johnson, and Baxter Healthcare, as well as having served as President or Chief Financial Officer of seven emerging stage companies. Most recently he served as a consultant to Organovo Holdings, Inc. after retiring therefrom in 2016, where he served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2011. Mr. Michaels received an MBA with a concentration in finance from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Executive Program at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.

Chelle Van Burkleo

Chelle Van Burkleo brings more than 20 years of experience and an exceptional level of expertise in med-tech device sales. Previously, Mrs. Van Burkleo was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at WiscMed where she led strategic marketing initiatives and business sales plan development. Prior to WiscMed, Mrs. Van Burkleo was a senior sales and business development leader with Welch Allyn (Hillrom), a global medical device manufacturer. She started her career at Welch Allyn in 1995, working with physicians to advance frontline care. Throughout her career, she has taken on numerous roles of progressive responsibility ultimately helping healthcare systems improve outcomes, lower cost of care and improve both the clinician and patient experience. Mrs. Van Burkleo holds a Texas Executive Education certificate in general management and a bachelor's degree in business from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas - Austin.

Dan Moorhead - CFO

Dan Moorhead is the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining Zynex, Mr. Moorhead was Chief Financial Officer of Evolving Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVOL) from January 2016 until June 2017, after having served as Vice President of Finance & Administration from December 2011 through December 2015 and in other financial management roles from 2002-2005 and 2008-2011. Mr. Moorhead is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

Donald Gregg

Donald is a customer-focused, entrepreneurial and results-driven leader at the intersection of high-tech, medical device and data science with 25+ years of successful product, marketing, P&L, and general management experience. He has start-up to large multi-national company experience across several industries - Medical Device, Technology, and Consumer/Retail. He previously held leadership roles as Smith Medical's Vice President and General Manager of Infusion Systems and Medtronic's Senior Director of Product, Marketing and Business Development of Health Informatics and Monitoring. Prior to leading businesses in the medical device industry, Donald spent 15+ years in the high-tech industry at Seagate Technology, Roxio, Napster, and Gateway Computers. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and executive education in Healthcare and Medical Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas.

Josh Disbrow

Josh Disbrow has been in the life sciences industry for nearly twenty-five years across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medical devices. Josh co-founded Aytu BioPharma in 2015 and serves as the Aytu's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He took the company public, having led Aytu's listing on NASDAQ in 2017. Prior to co-founding Aytu, Josh was the Chief Operating Officer of Ampio Pharmaceuticals (NYSE MKT: AMPE), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing anti-inflammatory biological treatments. Prior to joining Ampio in 2012, he served as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Arbor Pharmaceuticals, a private specialty pharmaceutical company. Josh joined Arbor Pharmaceuticals as the company's second employee and oversaw the launch and subsequent growth of the company's commercial operations. Josh led the commercial organization since the company's inception and led the launch of the company's first product, subsequently launching numerous products and scaling the commercial organization across sales, marketing, managed care, sales training, and national accounts. In less than five years, Arbor grew from a company from the pre-commercialization stage and grew product sales to over $250 million. Prior to joining Arbor, he served as the Director of Marketing at LipoScience (NASDAQ: LPDX), a specialty cardiovascular diagnostic company later acquired by LabCorp (NYSE: LH). Previously, Josh was in sales leadership at Cyberonics (Now LivaNova plc, NASDAQ: LIVN), a medical device company commercializing implantable neuromodulation devices. Josh began his career as a sales representative at Glaxo Wellcome (now GlaxoSmithKline plc). Josh is Zynex's Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.

Michael Cress

Michael Cress serves as Chairman & Managing Partner of MD Cress Ventures, a national firm that owns, operates, and advises companies within the healthcare sector. Michael also serves as Chairman of Rainier Healthcare. Prior to MD Cress Ventures he served as the President and CEO of the Cornerstone Healthcare Group which owns and manages hospitals throughout the country. Mr. Cress also served as Vice President of Business Development for Kindred Healthcare, a publicly traded healthcare company that owns and operates hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation, pharmacy and other segments of the healthcare continuum. He served as the CEO of Vencor Hospital of San Diego and was also an Adjunct Professor for the Masters of Healthcare Administration program at the University of Kansas. Mr. Cress serves on several not-for-profit boards to include Rachel's Challenge and co-founded and serves on the board for The Neighborhood. He serves on the boards or advisory boards of several companies to include Linley Capital, BankSNB, Rainier Hospice and Sleep Research.

Steve Fox - VP of Sales

Steve Fox brings over 15 years of management and sales experience to his role at Zynex. Prior to becoming Zynex's Vice President (VP) of Sales, he was the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Texas, Great Lakes and Mid-Central Regions throughout 2020 and much of 2021. This Metropolitan State University of Denver alumni holds a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Secondary Education and is extremely passionate about coaching, building a strong work culture at Zynex, and leading his teams to success. On his off time outside the office, Steve also spends time as an Executive Board Member of the OneGoat Foundation, a charity organization dedicated to supporting First Responder Foundations across the country.

Thao Le

Thao Le is the Vice President of Reimbursement for Zynex Medical. Bringing over ten years of business acumen to the position, she is responsible for the company's billing operations. She previously served as Director of Reimbursement as well as Director of Production. She led the company's end-to-end reimbursement functions, including billing management, payment entry, claims, insurance appeals, and patient support. During her tenure in this position, the company successfully grew 46% and recorded record reimbursements throughout 2022 and 2023. Prior to joining Zynex, Thao held various leadership positions in the nuclear transportation sector where she successfully secured and delivered on multimillion dollar arrangements for the safe transport of sensitive materials through strategic planning and transportation optimization. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Washington State University.

Thomas Sandgaard - CEO, Chairman, President

Thomas Sandgaard has been the Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Zynex, Inc. since founding the company in 1996. He has previously held management positions with companies such as ITT, Siemens, GN Danavox, Dataco, and Philips. Most of his work has been in the areas of international sales and distribution, technology transfers, mergers and marketing management in the semiconductor, telecommunications, data communications, and medical equipment industries. Mr. Sandgaard has a degree in electronics engineering from Denmark's Odense University of Engineering and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School. Mr. Sandgaard has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and is the driving force of the company strategies. Mr. Sandgaard is the Founder and CEO of Sandgaard Capital, a private equity investment group and family office. He is also the Founder and President of the Sandgaard Foundation, seeking to address the United States tragic opioid and fentanyl crisis by helping to fund initiatives that save lives from overdose, help people escape the cycle of relapse, and support victims and their families.
