Josh oversees commercial operations, driving business development and keeping a keen eye on liquidity risk to ensure Lighthouse FX remains on firm financial footing. His success in the industry stems from his drive to achieve the best results for customers, promoting a culture within the organisation of uncompromising quality service. Josh has extensive experience working with business owners and Financial Directors to identify and control foreign exchange risks, tailoring effective balance sheet hedging strategies.
Josh began his career as a Deliverable FX Dealer in the City of London's financial district in 2012, developing an extensive list of loyal corporate, SME and private high net worth clients. Having taken inspiration from their entrepreneurial spirit, he became a founding director of Lighthouse FX in 2018.
As a sporting and fitness fanatic, in his spare time he can often be found in the gym, training mixed martial arts - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Thai boxing, or windsurfing on the south coast.
Nick is a founding director of Lighthouse FX, whose management responsibilities include liaising with strategic partners to ensure smooth business operations and supervision of regulatory compliance.
Before Lighthouse FX, Nick began his career in the industry in 2012 after graduating from university. Having worked in the City of London for many years, he has a deep understanding of the sector he's dedicated his career to.
Alongside helping corporate clients to manage exchange rate fluctuations, he has a passion for property, regularly applying his knowledge to benefit those involved in large international transactions.
Away from work, Nick has a wife and two young children keeping him busy. He has a passion for cars and all things fast, regularly attending the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race.
