About us - Gallus Sales & Lettings is an independently owned business ran by Directors Matthew Gunn and Andy Little. We offer an alternative to high-street Sales & Letting Agents that are often inefficient and not cost-effective for Landlords... Since 2015 we have been purchasing investment properties for renovating and the buy-to-let market. We have steadily built up our Portfolio since then and in 2019 launched Gallus Sales & Lettings to manage clients' Properties... We were tired of Estate & Letting Agents that didn't return emails and simply didn't know enough about Property. As Landlords and Investors ourselves, we aim to manage and sell our clients' properties with our hands-on style and make sure their investment is in safe hands at all times.
