Jan Brandes - CEO

Jan Brandes joined Flow Partners in 2021, bringing over 15 years of M&A and capital raising experience across Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and NOAH Advisors. He completed over 30 M&A, capital raising and IPO transactions with aggregate value of 10B+, including KKR and Permira's acquisition of ProSiebenSat.1 and subsequent merger with SBS Broadcasting, the IPO of XING, the sale of Yad2 to Axel Springer, the sale of KäuferPortal to ProSiebenSat.1 and General Atlantic, and many more. Jan is an expert in mobility, online marketplaces and delivery models, having advised number of leading companies in the space, including HAPPYCAR, MILES, Volocopter, FlixBus, myTaxi, 10bis, Promofarma.com. Jan completed his Masters in Science at Maastricht University and lives in Berlin.

Julio Fernández - CTO

Julio Fernández co-founded Flow Partners in 2020, leading tech development of Flow Partners digital platforms and solutions such as Multiples and the Flow Partners' website. Julio also supports the Flow Partners' team during transaction work, providing trusted advice on technical and product-related matters. Julio's career started in 1998 at NASA, in the United States, where he specialized in web driven processes and front-end development. His career achievements and professional growth have always followed the tech market trends while adapting to new challenges and emerging technologies throughout the years. Prior to Flow Partners, Julio worked in companies such as NOAH Advisors, Telefónica I+D, Lightspeed and Seqera Labs as a backend and frontend engineer, always applying several technical and management skills in all projects. Julio's academical career started with a focus in science at the University of Puerto Rico. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering, with a software development minor, and a master's degree in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics from the University of Barcelona.

Lukas Schlund - CEO

Lukas Schlund co-founded Flow Partners together with Olek Skwarczek and Nikhil Parmar, after spending over six years in venture capital and technology investment banking across SevenVentures, aws Gründerfonds and NOAH Advisors. Based in Riyadh, Lukas leads coverage in the MENA region, focused on Saudi Arabia and UAE ever-evolving technology space. His transaction experience spans across both sell-side and buy-side engagements, and includes advising companies such as Marcura, Metaloop, Volocopter, AU10TIX or Bright Data. Adding to his entrepreneurial journey, Lukas has been a Chief Strategy Officer at The Hackaton Company and is currently a CEO at nuwo., an online platform for office furniture leasing. Lukas graduated from EBS University and KEDGE Business School.

Nikhil Parmar - CEO

Nikhil Parmar co-founded Flow Partners after almost a decade of experience in investment banking, working exclusively with technology companies by advising them on M&A, fundraising and commercial strategy. At Flow, he leads enterprise software, cybersecurity, industry 4.0 and infrastructure practice. Nikhil's deal experience includes Resillion, Marcura, Ziiik, Bumble or Pipedrive, complemented with several valuation and due diligence projects for leading investors such as Arena Holdings, EMK Capital, Oakley Capital and Silver Lake. Prior to founding Flow, Nikhil was a Director at NOAH Advisors focusing on European Internet M&A. He also held a leadership role at the NOAH Conference which organised over 15 events across London, Berlin and Tel Aviv during his time at the firm. Nikhil holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE).
