MOMENTUM CHILDREN'S CHARITY

We're passionate about helping as many families as we can to keep moving forward, and our vision is that no family with a seriously ill child should have to cope alone... Our senior management team have day-to-day responsibility for leading Momentum and the delivery of our strategy. They are proud to work alongside a passionate and dedicated team of Family Support Workers and fundraising, marcomms, finance and administration colleagues, each committed to making sure that no family with a seriously ill child has to cope alone... We support families whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition. We partner with local hospitals to offer personally tailored support to the entire family through our family support workers, both in hospital and at home.
