As a registered company, the NSRA's constitution is contained in its Memorandum and Articles of Association. These are rarely altered, the most recent complete revision of them having been in July 1985. Since then there have only been amendments to Articles 1, 9, 13, 18, 49, 50 and 51 which were approved on 30th April 2022. These amendments were concerned with allowing the publication of official notices via email and on the NSRA website and enabling members to participate and vote at General Meetings via an electronic platform.
