Andrew is our CEO. When he's not working with our Branch Owners, he can be found manicuring his new lawn or seeking out a full bodied Malbec.
I started Friends Helping at Home because I wanted to develop a company that could enable care to happen the way that I would want for myself or a loved one.
I can recall my grandmother's gradual decline and how that stressed my parents, long past retirement age themselves, having to arrange and fund care for my grandmother; and more recently, what I experienced when I acted for a high net worth individual with lasting powers of attorney, as tasked by a solicitor to look after their client.
I discovered how difficult it was to arrange "good care", irrespective of money or funding. What I found simply didn't have a heart.

I am pleased to introduce myself to you. My name is Caron, and I am the Branch Director for South Hams. My branch covers: Totnes, Ivybridge, Salcombe, Kingsbridge, South Brent down to Plympton and all the villages in between. I am able to offer a premium, quality service in providing a single point of contact for all your personal care, help and companionship to be able to remain living in the comfort of your own home. I work with neighbouring Friends branches of Teignbridge and Plymouth and a well-established central support team.
I am local and live with my family in South Devon with over 10 years' experience of providing care and support with focus on quality and excellence in South Devon.
Whether you are looking for permanent live-in care, respite or holiday cover or regular daily unrushed visits I will be pleased to meet with you, and / or a family member or Attorney acting on your behalf to discuss your requirements.
Caron is our Branch Director for Plymouth and South Hams. When she's not navigating the country lanes of the South Hams, she's trying to steal the Friends' Family dogs to hang out with.

Chloe Perry is the Branch Director for the Teignbridge which covers Dawlish, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot.
Three hats Chloe is the Accounts Director for Friends Helping at Home. She also owns our Teignbridge branch and coordinates BlueSky2020. When Chloe isn't crunching numbers, you'll find her waist deep in a Netflix crime series or collecting ash trays from around the world.
Clare is our Bluesky2020 Administrator. When she is not invoicing or paying our hard working Service Providers, she may be found swimming off one of Devon's gorgeous beaches or with a glass of red reading through recipe books for meals that she will probably never cook!

Steph is our Branch Assistant in Plymouth. When she is not supporting the Service Providers, you'll find her enjoying a cocktail and running around with her little lad.
Dana is our Torbay Branch Office Manager, when she's not smashing through paperwork, she can be found battling with the weeds in her kitchen garden and rehoming lost and lonely animals.

Emily is our Office Manager for Teignbridge and is beginning her journey as Director of Mid Devon. When she's not perfectly matching service providers to customers, she can be found playing the repertoire of Ludovico Einaudi on the piano or trying to teach herself French but …échouant lamentablement.

Hazel is our Office Administrator for Head Office. When she's not processing registrations or updating the website, she can be found booking festival tickets and smiling at dogs.

Karen Breyley is the owner of our Torbay branch. When she isn't meeting and greeting our Service Providers and clients you will find her relaxing in her caravan or walking her cheeky pups, Ronnie and Reggie.

Steph Alexander is the Branch Director for the Exeter area which covers Topsham and Exmouth.
I'm Steph. I am the Branch Director for Friends Helping at Home, Exeter. I am passionate about looking after people who are in need of a little support in life. I care about each and every one of you - I am here to promote a healthier and happier lifestyle to those most in need. Friends Helping at Home not only offer continuity but we believe in closely matching strengths of carers to the client to ensure a bond is created and a relationship is formed.
Steph is the owner of our Exeter branch. When she isn't sharing the love as part of the Friends Family, she can be found avoiding oysters and singing along to the Backstreet Boys in the supermarket.
