RANDALL'S MONITORING - Key Persons

Amy Christophers

Job Titles:
  • Director
Amy began her career at Randall's in 2012 and stayed for six wonderful years, before leaving to join NHBC as a Government and Policy Adviser. After two and a half years of in house public affairs experience, she rejoined Randall's in March 2021, being appointed a Director in 2022. She has relocated to Cornwall from London and in her spare time she enjoys eating seafood and being outside as much as possible.

Bradley Rogers - Managing Director

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director
  • Partner
Bradley started at Randall's in 2013 after 20 years spent running monitoring and intelligence teams in various consultancies and political and parliamentary publishers. His career has included a spell in the No.10 Lobby and the Parliamentary Press Gallery, time working with the Commons Library on legislation tracking and designing political information management systems with companies across the world. He became a Director in 2019, and Managing Director in 2022. As well as feeding his passion (some might say obsession) for arcane Parliamentary procedure, he spends time air rifle shooting at Bisley, spectating obscure motorsports events around the world and in recent years has been a Special Inspector with Surrey Police.

Chris Wilson

Job Titles:
  • Senior Monitoring Executive
Christopher joined Randall's in November 2021 after gaining consultancy experience and graduating from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Politics and Social Policy. He has previously worked for parliamentarians in the Lords, Commons and Holyrood, and stood for the party in the 2019 General Election in his home constituency of Motherwell & Wishaw. He enjoys following his adopted team Fulham FC across the country, unsuccessfully attempting to play football competently, and binge-watching TV series at an alarming rate. He was promoted to Senior Monitoring Executive in April 2024.

Christian Fuller

Job Titles:
  • Monitoring Executive
Christian graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Law and worked at the Labour Party before joining Randall's in 2024. Christian is familiar with defeat; he proudly supports the Welsh rugby team. He loves the outdoors and constantly tries (in vain) to find somewhere more beautiful than Snowdonia.

Connor Dyer

Job Titles:
  • Service Development Manager
Connor finished his MA in International Human Rights and worked in Parliament, before joining Randall's in 2019 and was promoted in 2024 to his current role. He has an on/off relationship with Arsenal FC, and likes to explore the pubs and hills of the north west of England.

Ellie Daniell

Job Titles:
  • Monitoring Executive
Ellie joined the team in June 2023, after she completed her MA in Publishing at UCL in 2022. She graduated from the University of Exeter in 2021 with a BA in History, and it was during her studies that her interest and passion for politics and political research grew. She has worked as an editorial assistant for a year before joining us. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys swimming and running in the parks of South London, as well as reading and practising yoga to unwind.

Emma Murley

Job Titles:
  • Head of Service
Emma began working with Randall's in September 2017 after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a BA in History & Politics. In 2024 she was promoted to her current role as Head of Service, responsible for the entirety of the monitoring service and the team that provides it. During her free time Emma can often be found running, reading or eating out.

Lori Marriott

Job Titles:
  • Director
Lori joined Randall's in 2013 as a Monitoring Assistant and never left, becoming a Director in 2022. She has a BA in Sociology and an MA in International Relations from the University of Warwick. When not managing the Randall's team or delving through Hansard, Lori can be found cooking, reading slightly obscure palaeontology books, watching Star Trek, doing yoga or dreaming of being in Scotland and having a dog.

Nicola Matthews

Job Titles:
  • Parliamentary Editor
Nicola joined Randall's Monitoring in 2007, advancing to Head of Monitoring. Following a brief sojourn away from the team, she returned to the Randall's fold in 2015 as Parliamentary Editor. She studied History and Politics at the University of Nottingham, and interned at the Hansard Society. Outside of politics, Nicola can be found exploring the wilds of Cornwall with her two girls and dog Scoutie, or sea swimming around Falmouth.

Patrick Robathan

Job Titles:
  • Partner
Patrick joined Randall's in 1985 (becoming a Director in 1989), following several years as a Fast Track Civil Servant in the Ministry of Defence, which he joined after graduating from Oxford. He stood down from the day to day running of the company in 2022 and remains a Partner.

Rohan Chhetri

Job Titles:
  • Monitoring Executive
Rohan joined the team at Randall's in October 2023 after graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Law with Computing, during which he developed a keen interest in political research. Prior to joining Randall's, he worked in tech and healthcare recruitment. Outside of his time at Randall's, he enjoys playing basketball, taking walks around Regent's Park and attempting to learn various stringed instruments.

Sarah Macdonald

Job Titles:
  • Head of Client Support
Sarah joined Randall's in 2017 and was promoted to Head of Client Support in 2024. She read Classics and History at Glasgow before completing an MA in Classics at Durham, and is glad that modern politics is (slightly) less bloody.

Tyler Hanley

Job Titles:
  • Head of Briefings and Insight
Tyler worked in political offices in the House of Commons and Brussels before joining Randall's shortly after the 2017 General Election. He was promoted to Head of Briefings in 2022. Having organised during the EU referendum, he has since developed a particular enthusiasm for exploring all things Brexit and trade and is the author of the renowned "Beyond Brexit" Briefing. Outside Randall's, he can frequently be found wandering England's less familiar countryside.
