The Learning Partnership was formed in 2001 to maximise the impact of grants coming into Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly from the European Social Fund (ESF), then known as Objective One... We work in partnership with voluntary, community, public and private organisations to deliver our programmes. Our learners include unemployed, vulnerable and young people... Since we were set up in 2001 our partnership projects have reached a total of more than 90,000 people in need of support.
