With a background in local government and HR, Andy has been involved in the education sector for over 25 years. Andy has worked up to CEO level in further and higher education with additional leadership and governance experience in school education. He has successfully completed a number of significant capital projects in schools and colleges.
Ann Marie joined Unity in November 2018. She has worked in social housing finance for over 22 years. Before joining Unity she was Head of Finance and Procurement for a Housing Association where she had held a number of posts including Company Secretary.
She is a member of the Chartered institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and a Primary School Governor.
Cedric Boston has over 30 years' experience in Housing, 25 of them at senior executive level. He is a former Chief Executive of Arhag, a BME association in London that specializes in addressing the needs of migrants and refugees. Prior to that he was Director of Housing at Lambeth Living, one of the UKs largest ALMOs. He has a degree in law and politics from Keele University and is a member of Gray's Inn where he qualified as a barrister.

Deborah took her first job in housing in 1995 and fell in love with the industry. What it does, what it hope to achieve and the peace of mind it brings to its residents and community.
Specialising in finance, Deborah has dealt with all aspects of financial control and held roles with managerial responsibility.
During the past 20+ years she has worked for Associations that provide a mixed tenure of housing; affordable, general need, supported living (older and young and disabled) and have worked in association's that specialises in providing Care and Support, Social enterprises and rehabilitation with accommodation and Development.

Liz is an experienced collaborative and cohesive leader who has the drive and determination to deliver customer excellence through effective challenge, innovation and partnership. She is committed to the provision of exceptional housing services.
Liz is currently a Director on ONGO Homes Board and a Director of ONGO's Development Company, and was a Northern Housing Consortium Board Member for 5 years.
Liz has worked in public sector housing for 30+ years as CEO of an ALMO, Chief Housing Officer at Leeds, Programme Director for Vulnerable People at Sheffield and Assistant Director of Housing at Barnsley, gaining extensive experience delivering strategic and operational leadership in a range of different organisations with different cultures and challenges. Liz started her career delivering housing management and regeneration in East London.

Moreen has had a varied career in business support services, local government and the voluntary and community sectors mainly in London and Hertfordshire, where her focus has been on social justice initiatives in the community, community development, leadership performance and workforce development.
She enjoys working in partnership with others and debating issues in housing as a conference panellist and podcast guest, in order to move thinking and good practice along. Moreen is delighted to be joining the board of Unity Housing and will use her experience of being a Non-Executive Director of other housing associations for the benefit of UHA tenants and residents and UHA, itself.

Nasim Qureshi come with significant experience in housing, health and social care and enterprise sectors through employment in public, private and charitable organisations. He is the Chief Executive Officer at Inspired Neighbourhoods Group for the past 14 years.
Nasim is resilient, committed and experienced in managing regeneration and transformational change programmes in a challenging economic and political environment. He is experienced in setting up and developing businesses into profitable companies.
His voluntary work over the past 20 years includes Non-Executive Director roles on several Board and Management Committees, supporting senior management in organisational development, governance, audit and finance, project management, risk management and mergers.
He enjoys walking, hiking and growing vegetables and fruit in his allotment.

Phil is now retired after a career as an accountant and senior director in a number of local authorities. Although a Lancastrian by birth he worked mostly in Yorkshire, in Wakefield, Sheffield, Calderdale and Kirklees as well as in South Northamptonshire.
Married, with three grown up children he has had a number of non - executive roles. He has been on the Board of South Yorkshire Housing Association before coming to the end of his nine year term this year. He was also SYHA's Audit and Assurance Chair.
Phil has been an Academy Trustee and is also currently on the Finance and Audit Committee of the Shakers Community Society, the Community Benefit Society encompassing the "phoenix club", Bury AFC.

Rohan has lived for many years in the Chapeltown area, with his family moving to the area in the early 1960's. He has gained huge experience within the sale and business service sector over the last 25 years.
He has specialised in start-up businesses and business development at managerial level.
More recently, he has worked on a consultancy basis dealing primarily with management development, and currently works for Turning Lives Around in Leeds.

Sharon Jandu OBE is the Director of the Northern Asian Power Policy Think Tank, Founder of the Yorkshire Asian Business Association, and Chair of Unity Enterprise. She sits on the board of the Unity Housing Association, and is a Director of the Federation of Small Business. She was listed in the New Year Honours list 2023 receiving an Order of the British Empire for her contributions to international trade.

Wayne was appointed Regeneration Director in April 2010. Before joining Unity he has held a number of posts including Senior Projects Manager (Firebird JVC), Housing Projects Manager (Bradford Trident NDC) and was New Initiatives Manager for Leeds City Council.
After over 20 years in housing regeneration he has extensive knowledge of the sector and serves on the Boards of Horton Housing, Bradford YouthBuild and was previously a Board Member for Bradford Community Housing Trust.
