Alan Lee - CTO

As Chief Technology Officer, Alan Lee develops and leads ADI's long-term technology strategy for applications across the company's end markets, working closely with ADI's global business units and manufacturing operations to drive ADI's competitive advantage. Alan is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and cultivating new business, technology, and research opportunities, as well as developing foundational technology capabilities in support of the current and future needs of our markets and customers. Alan is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Most recently he served as the Corporate Vice President of Research and Advanced Development at AMD. During his tenure at the company, he founded AMD Research where he oversaw the company's worldwide research and advanced technology labs, university engagements, and external research contracting. Alan also led extreme-scale computing technology at AMD, where he drove the software and hardware engineering efforts to build the world's fastest platforms for machine learning, industrial, and scientific applications. Previously, Alan was CEO of a privately held company creating technologies for high-frequency trading and quantitative financial analysis. Moreover, he developed expertise in large-scale, multinational engineering and technology projects through his previous work at Intel and IBM. Alan currently chairs the CTO Committee for the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and the CTO Council for the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). He has served on the Board of Directors for the Semiconductor Research Corporation and the Board of Trustees for the NSF Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics. An ardent supporter of education, he also volunteers his time to multiple non-profit educational programs.

Anantha P. Chandrakasan

Dr. Chandrakasan is Dean of the School of Engineering and the Vannevar Bush Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In addition, Dr. Chandrakasan serves on the board of directors of the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology, or SMART. Dr. Chandrakasan also co-chairs the MIT- IBM Watson AI Lab, the MIT- Takeda Program, and the MIT and Accenture Convergence Initiative for Industry and Technology. Dr. Chandrakasan joined the MIT faculty in 1994 and was the director of the Microsystems Technology Laboratories from July 2006 until he became the head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in July 2011, a position which concluded with his appointment as Dean in July 2017. Dr. Chandrakasan is an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) fellow and in 2020 was elected as a fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery. Dr. Chandrakasan was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2015 and to the American Academy of Arts & Sciences in 2019. He is the recipient of many prestigious awards including the 2009 Semiconductor Industry Association University Researcher Award, the 2013 IEEE Donald O. Pederson Award in Solid-State Circuits, an honorary doctorate from KU Leuven in 2016, the UC Berkeley EE Distinguished Alumni Award in 2017, the 2019 IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society Distinguished Service Award and the 2022 IEEE Mildred Dresselhaus Medal. Dr. Chandrakasan received a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.

He was previously a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and most recently the Managing Partner of South Korea. During his almost 35 years with McKinsey, he held various executive leadership roles across Europe, the US and Asia, more than doubling the size of McKinsey's practice in Japan and building Advanced Industries into a multi-billion-dollar practice. He has over 30 years of experience in consulting companies across the Semiconductors, Industrials & Electronics, Automotive & Assembly, and Aerospace & Defense industries on strategic, operational, and organizational topics. He has extensive experience in transforming companies into global leaders and in the assessment and development of talent. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Andonian gained operational experience at Masco Corporation in the US and IBM in Austria, Spain and the Middle East. In addition to ADI, Mr. Andonian serves on the Board of Directors of AEM Holdings Ltd. Anelise Sacks - EVP

Anelise Sacks is Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Analog Devices (ADI). She is responsible for the company's customer strategy, enabling frictionless delivery of ADI's cutting-edge solutions to a diverse, global customer base, and delivering and capturing value for ADI's technology. Dr. Greg Henderson

Dr. Greg Henderson is Senior Vice President of the Automotive & Energy, Communications, and Aerospace Group at Analog Devices (ADI). He is responsible for the strategy and execution of ADI's system-level products business for these vertical market segments, inclusive of automotive infotainment and electrification, wireless communications and 5G Radio Solutions, wireline and data center communications and power products, and integrated solutions for the aerospace and defense market. Greg joined ADI in 2014 through ADI's acquisition of Hittite Microwave, where he was the vice president of the RF and Microwave business. Following the Hittite acquisition, Greg served as the vice president of the RF and Microwave business for ADI where he was responsible for integrating and running the combined RF and Microwave portfolio. Before coming to Hittite, Greg held various technical and leadership roles in the systems, semiconductor, and wireless communications industries, including roles at Harris Corporation, TriQuint Semiconductor, IBM, and M/A-COM. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University and was granted a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Since September 2022, Dr. Frank has been the Executive Chair of Gradient Technologies, an Identity and Access Management cybersecurity startup. Prior to Gradient, Dr. Frank was co-founder and CEO of Cloud Parity Inc., a voice of the customer startup. Before founding Cloud Parity, Dr. Frank was the Vice President, Macintosh Hardware Systems Engineering at Apple Inc., where he led the development of four generations of Macintosh laptop and desktop computers. Prior to Apple, Dr. Frank served as Corporate Vice President, Research and Development, of Broadcom Corp, where he was a principal in its development and marketing of Wi-Fi. Dr. Frank joined Broadcom following its acquisition of Epigram, a company he co-founded, and where he served as Executive Vice President. Earlier in his career he was a Distinguished Engineer at Sun Microsystems. He is a named inventor on over 50 patents. In addition to ADI, Dr. Frank serves on the Boards of Directors of Marvell Technology, Inc., Rocket Lab USA, Inc., and SiTime Corporation and was previously on the Boards of Directors of Cavium, Inc., Quantenna Communications Inc., and Fusion-IO, Inc. Gregory Bryant

As Executive Vice President and President of Global Business Units, Gregory Bryant oversees Analog Devices' (ADI) global businesses - Industrial & Multi-Markets; Automotive, Cloud & Communications Infrastructure, and Aerospace & Defense; Digital Healthcare; Consumer; Digital Processing; and Software Engineering & Solutions. In this role, Gregory is responsible for growing the business and ensuring close alignment between the company's long-term strategic goals and the evolving technology trends, market needs, and customer priorities. Gregory has three decades of experience leading and scaling large organizations to deliver profitable growth. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intel's Client Computing Group, where he was responsible for setting the company's PC vision and strategy and fostering six consecutive years of growth in its global PC ecosystem. In this role, Gregory collaborated across the global ecosystem to co-engineer and deliver leading consumer and commercial PC platforms (including Intel® Evo™ and Intel vPro®) that empower people and organizations. Previously, he held a variety of leadership positions at Intel, including as General Manager of Asia Pacific and Japan and General Manager of the Business Client Platform Division. In these roles Gregory lived in both Beijing and Hong Kong. He began his career as an engineer at Intel in 1992. James A. Champy

Mr. Champy retired in 2010 as Vice President of the Dell/Perot Systems business unit of Dell, Inc., a computer and technology services company. Mr. Champy was previously a Vice President and the Chairman of Consulting at Perot Systems Corporation, an informational technology services company, from 1996 to 2009. Prior to his work at Dell/Perot Systems, Mr. Champy had co-founded Index, an early developer of large, complex banking systems. Index was eventually acquired by the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where Mr. Champy headed its consulting practice. Mr. Champy served as a member of the Board of Directors of Perot Systems Corporation from 1996 to 2004. As Chief Legal Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary of Analog Devices (ADI), Janene Asgeirsson leads the worldwide legal, governance, trade and compliance functions, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property, and other corporate matters, and acts as a strategic advisor to ADI's executive leadership team and board of directors. Janene has over two decades of experience in private practice at American Lawyer-ranked international law firms and in senior leadership level roles at publicly traded technology companies. Prior to joining ADI in August 2021, Janene served as the chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and secretary at Acacia Communications, leading global teams with diverse responsibilities. During her tenure at Acacia, she accomplished several significant strategic projects and transactions, including Acacia's initial public offering (IPO) - the best-performing U.S. IPO of 2016 - and its $4.5 billion sale to Cisco Systems. Prior to Acacia, Janene engaged in private practice at WilmerHale and served as senior counsel at Entropic Communications, a provider of semiconductor solutions, which was acquired by MaxLinear in 2015. Janene holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in accountancy from the University of San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude. Jerry Fan is the Senior Vice President of APJC Sales and President of Analog Devices (ADI) Asia Pacific. Kenton J. Sicchitano

Mr. Sicchitano retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, or PwC, a public accounting firm, in July 2001. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Sicchitano was the Global Managing Partner of Independence and Regulatory Matters for PwC. He joined Price Waterhouse LLP, a predecessor firm of PwC, in 1970 and became a partner in 1979. During his 31-year tenure with PwC, he held various positions including Global Managing Partner of Audit/Business Advisory Services and Global Managing Partner responsible for Audit/Business Advisory, Tax and Financial Advisory Services. Mr. Sicchitano served as a director of PerkinElmer, Inc. from 2001 to April 2017 and MetLife, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company from 2003 until June 2017. Ray Stata - Founder

Mr. Stata co-founded ADI in 1965 to focus on high-performance signal processing technology, initially targeting operational amplifiers but later expanding to other linear integrated circuits (IC) and digital signal processors (DSP). Mr. Stata served as ADI's President from 1971 to 1991, as Chief Executive Officer from 1973 to 1996, as Chair of our Board of Directors from 1973 to March 2022, and continues to serve on our Board of Directors today. As Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors, Vincent Roche leads ADI to deliver high value intelligent edge solutions to several of humanity's most pressing challenges in areas such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, sustainable energy, communications, and transportation. Mr. Roche has extended ADI's prominence in the high-performance analog sector through an unyielding commitment to applied innovation, customer centricity, and operational excellence. Under Mr. Roche's leadership, ADI has executed several acquisitions, including Maxim Integrated in 2022, Linear Technology Corporation in 2017 and Hittite Microwave Corporation in 2014, growing annual revenues from $2.7 billion in fiscal 2012 to $12 billion in fiscal 2022. Mr. Roche is the third CEO and second Board Chair to lead ADI since its founding in 1965. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility over his tenure. He was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, appointed CEO in 2013, and elected Chair in 2022. Mr. Roche also serves on the Board of Directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association and the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board, and is a member of the Massachusetts High Tech Leadership Council. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc. Mr. Roche holds a B.S. degree in Electronic Systems and an honorary Doctor of Science (Eng.) from the University of Limerick in Ireland. He was recognized by Forbes in 2019 as one of America's Most Innovative Leaders while also being a recipient of the 2021 SFI Science Medal for his contributions in support of the scientific and technological ecosystems in Ireland.
