With over 20 years in the SAAS marketplace and an MBA from Georgetown, Chris brings a solid background in subscription-based modeling from both large publicly traded and rapid growth PE and VC backed companies. He has a keen eye on both investor value and high-quality service and delivery to our customers.

Mr. Brockschmidt is a serial entrepreneur that is passionate about software products that give companies operational leverage. He serves as CFO with multiple successful operational technology startups. Previously, Brock was a managing partner of a technology enabled CPA firm that handled bookkeeping, tax planning, financial advice, and IRS representation.
