ASAI offers full service design - a one-stop shop, including planning, architecture and design. We can assist clients in obtaining zoning certificates, Site Plan Application approvals or we can attend at Committee of Adjustment hearings. We will apply for building permits and can bring together a complete team of consultants, including surveyors and mechanical, electrical and structural engineers to do so. Of course, we are also happy to work with any consultants that the client may wish to include as part of the team. We provide a set number of renderings with each project. We furthermore offer interior design services for both residential and commercial projects. Simple, inventive, and fresh. This is what drives our designs.
