Jim is immediate-past President (2020) of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors-GP, and is actively involved in helping to ensure that favorable legislation is passed to protect and enhance the lives of his clients and the public. Jim Boyd is a Wealth Management Advisor and Founder of Boyd Wealth Strategies. He has spent the past twenty years coaching corporate executives, business owners, and medical professionals to implement sound strategies that aim to protect their families, their cash-flow, and their way of life. His team has consulted with hundreds of Fortune 500 executives, along with thousands of closely-held business owners and successful individuals. He has a tremendous passion for helping people to gain financial peace of mind by making informed decisions around the creation, maximization, protection, and enjoyment of their wealth. Jim is the 2020 recipient of The Scott D. Jackson VIP Volunteer of the Year Award from NAIFA PA, in recognition of his steadfast support and dedication to NAIFA and the profession. The VIP award is specifically designed to honor those unsung heroes who work outside of the spotlight. Jim is the immediate-past President (2020) of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors-GP, and is actively involved in helping to ensure that favorable legislation is passed to protect and enhance the lives of his clients and the public. Jim is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and holds multiple securities licenses along with Life, Accident and Health designations. He received his Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. Outside of his profession, Jim and his family are actively involved with the Bringing Hope Home charity, helping to bring Unexpected Amazingness to families that are battling cancer. He lives in Phoenixville, PA with his wife Jenn, their two children, and a small herd of rescue animals.
