Abbie Forrester

Abbie joined Canberra Contractors in 2020, gaining experience across all civil disciplines before focusing her career in Risk Management. She is motivated, focused and attentive to ensuring the team is supported in implementation of project plans and management systems. As a valued member of Canberra Contractors Risk & Compliance team, Abbie assists in the development, monitoring, training and implementation of the Safety, Quality and Environmental Management systems at the Corporate and Project levels.

Angelo Cerullo

  • Operations Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the civil, construction and property development industries, Angelo commenced with Canberra Contractors in 1991 and progressed to the role of Director in 2013. As Director of Canberra Contractors, Angelo is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations as well as the strategic direction and vision for the business. Angelo is extensively experienced in all facets of construction, geospatial and GPS technology across a wide range of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects for both private and government sectors.

Antony Tozer

Job Titles:
  • Construction Manager
Antony has more than 29 years of experience in civil infrastructure operations management. He is responsible for reviewing and approving the project risk management plan (PRMP). Antony monitors and reviews project performance across key financial, safety, quality and environmental outcomes to ensure client satisfaction. He oversees changes to the project scope associated with the design and engineering aspects.

Daniel Hill

  • Director - Project Management
Daniel has been with Canberra Contractors for over 10 years, building a wealth of experience in civil infrastructure engineering. A team player, motivated and insatiable interest in delivering great outcomes for clients. As a Civil Engineer, Daniel brings excellent problem solving and technical knowledge with great impact on his Projects. Effective communication skills promoting teamwork and project collaboration to ensure client needs and requirements are interpreted to the field. He is responsible for monitoring project performance, cooperating with client and external stakeholders, leading Canberra Contractors project teams including Engineers, Project Foreman, workers, consultants and subcontractors. From project conception to completion, Daniel manages project preplanning, design, resourcing, contract negotiations, procurement, and engineering to ensure projects meet budget and program deadlines.

Darren Sterzenbach

  • Compliance Manager
Darren has more than 20 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing HSEQ management systems to meet ISO and, more recently, OFSC requirements. He is responsible for maintaining a culture of safety within the organisation and is involved throughout planning, development and implementation phases of the risk management process. Darren supports top management in estimating, identifying, describing and mitigating organisational risks and provides support, education and training to staff.

Kylie Adams

Kylie has been with Canberra Contractors for over 25 years. As Office Manager Kylie is responsible for the day to day operation of the head office.

Paul Macor - Managing Director

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director
Paul has more than 32 years of experience in civil infrastructure management. He oversees the development and implementation of all business activities, including personnel and industrial relations, audit and procurement, marketing, and financial control. Paul is responsible for managing the implementation of company policy regarding work environment, administration, accounting, purchasing, reporting and human resources.

Scott Forrester

Job Titles:
  • Asset Manager
Scott has more than 34 years of experience in civil infrastructure and working with machinery. He works closely with senior management to manage plant distribution and logistics, operating Canberra Contractors' extensive fleet of equipment in accordance with investment preferences, project needs, client goals and workplace safety requirements. Scott develops and implements daily, weekly, and yearly reports on production, plant emission reductions, inventory and sustainability.

Scott Regan

Scott has more than 11 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering. He is responsible for monitoring site construction activities and managing resources to ensure projects meet deadline, budget and client requirements. Scott reviews, implements and oversees the project risk management plan (PRMP) with consideration for quality, environment and safety.

Sylva Macor

Job Titles:
  • Administration Manager
Sylva has more than 16 years of experience in infrastructure administration, with established interpersonal, liaison and communication skills. She works closely with the managing director and executive staff to develop, implement and maintain processes that increase office efficiency. Sylva provides secretariat support, designs communication strategies and assists with the review and implementation of policy, guidelines and procedures.
