Carolann Kysiak

Carolann Kysiak is a licensed real estate agent based in San Antonio. She serves as Sales Manager overseeing the Brokerage Department and is Alamo City's property manager. Carolann briefly left Texas to attend and get her B.S. from the University of Mississippi. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Alamo City, spent six years managing a multi million dollar restaurant in Houston, TX where her impressive skills in management and negotiations prepared her for CRE. Growing up in a CBC family in southeast Texas, Carolann has been exposed to an entrepreneurial lifestyle in commercial real estate brokerage. Sheri Arnold

Sheri Arnold is the Principal/Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold and Associates in Southeast Texas and recently expanded that footprint into San Antonio when she purchased Coldwell Banker Commercial Alamo City from D'Ann Harper. With over 30 years of economic development experience, Sheri has extensive depth of knowledge in the industrial sector, offices sale and leases, retail development, large land transactions and investment properties. Her clients have ranged from international industrial groups such as Air Liquide, Exxon Mobile, and Total, to retailers such as Chico's, McDonald's, Walgreens, Jack in the Box and other national chains. Whether representing the tenant, landlord, developer, investor, buyer or seller, Sheri is known for her negotiation and communication skills to successfully complete complex transactions. Involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations, Sheri also holds the notable CCIM designation, is an active member of CREW San Antonio and the national CREW network, long term member of ICSC, and leads Coldwell Banker Corporate's national Advisory Board as one of eight members. Her dedication to these organizaHons has expanded her network of brokers and clientele to include owners and brokers both regionally, nationally, and internationally. Sheri is a trusted member of the commercial real estate community and is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary, former recipient of the Greater Beaumont Chamber's Volunteer of the Year, named as a southeast Texas Pioneering Woman and, most recently, was awarded the Athena Award from the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Sheri earned a BS in Business Management which has proven extremely beneficial in her entrepreneurial efforts as well as her accomplishments in small business ownership. She is also a graduate of the Economic Development Institute in Norman, OK and has taught commercial real estate classes to students at Lamar University.
