Bob Sweeney is an Account Executive with CBC Mortgage Agency, home of the Chenoa Fund Down Payment Assistance Program. He is a licensed mortgage professional with over 35 years in retail and wholesale/correspondent lending, 15 of those years as Regional Wholesale Account Manager with Union Federal Bank - Wholesale Division. Bob provides unmatched service to all his accounts, with two promises. First, he will always be honest with you. Secondly, he will always treat you the way you want to be treated. His goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. He was elected to The National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMB) Board of Directors in October 2015-2017 and was also the Chairman of the NAMB Education Committee. He is still active in the mortgage and real estate community in Indiana. Bob and his wife have known each other for 65 years and have been married 55 years. They first met in 8th grade.

Christopher Johnson is a seasoned team member at CBC Mortgage Agency, home of the Chenoa Fund down payment assistance program. Over the past six years, he has consistently proved himself as a top producer, delivering outstanding sales results while remaining dedicated to the success of his correspondents. Christopher gives personalized program trainings, seamless onboarding, and actively expands the availability of the program by creating new correspondent partnerships. He also works closely with other industry partners to host localized workshops on homeownership, further supporting CBC Mortgage Agency's mission of making homeownership more accessible. In his spare time, he enjoys trail running and spending quality time with his family.
