CAREER GUIDANCE - Key Persons

Frank Torpey completed a Masters in Careers Counselling in Trinity College Dublin, 2006-2008. He has worked with 1000+ clients in his roles as a Career Consultant in Private Practice, a Careers Counsellor in Waterford Institute of Technology and in Adult Career Coaching since 2007. Since those early days Frank's commitment to continued study and professional development has been unwavering and he has completed Marshall Goldsmith's ‘Stakeholder-Centred Coaching' and Kingstown College's ‘Advanced Diploma in Life, Business & Executive Coaching' leading to membership of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Frank has also completed Lou Adler's recruitment course and is fully qualified to offer Psychometric Assessments including Personality, Aptitudes and Intelligence. Every client is unique and enjoys expert advice and service delivery tailored to their individual requirements. All our services are delivered hands on, in-house and bespoke to the client. Frank combines his wealth of knowledge and experience in the careers industry with his passion for coaching to help individuals reach their true potential and realise their goals.
