Grant is a certified gas fitter & plumber, with over 13 years of experience, starting his apprenticeship when he was just 19.
Grant has extensive knowledge but is particularly passionate about boilers, radiators and gas appliances. He loves the rush of fixing them and getting them going properly again for his customers.
Pamela is the operations manager, the friendly voice you might hear at the end of the phone, who does all the behind the scenes work.
She has a passion for people and loves numbers, systems, and organisation. Together with Grant, they make the perfect team.
