Chaunta Kilgoe

Chaunta Kilgoe has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Practical Nurse. Ms. Kilgoe currently serves as the Program Director for CORAS Wellness and Behavioral Health OP & OTP programs, in Dover and Smyrna DE. As the Program Director, Ms. Kilgoe is responsible for ensuring her programs is adhering to SAMHSA, CARF and DEA standards and regulation. She started her career in the substance abuse field as a nurse manager, overseeing three Outpatient Treatment Programs. Ms. Kilgoe has committed over 9 years helping to improve the quality of life for clients battling opioid addictions. Outside her dedication to her career, she devotes her time to her daughter who is a high school senior and outstanding student athlete in basketball.

Dana Tozzi

Dana Tozzi is the Health Services Administrator for CORAS Wellness and Behavioral Health and Conexio Care, LLC. She oversees the 340B prescription medication program and data collection under the State Opioid Response grant. As 340B authorizing officer, Dana facilitates multiple sexually transmitted disease testing sites located at each CORAS clinic to increase the detection and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases for vulnerable populations. Dana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Summa Cum Laude from Rider University. She is passionate about writing and serving her community to increase health and wellness. Dana spent seven years in New Jersey public health before transitioning to a nonprofit healthcare agency in Philadelphia. After five years as the CEO's right hand and agency social media coordinator, Dana became Director of Operations of a south Philadelphia addiction recovery center where she oversaw daily operations and provided alcohol and substance abuse treatment for Philadelphia individuals and families. Dana joined the CORAS team in September 2021 and has been instrumental in the certification and growth of the 340B program. As Health Services Administrator for CORAS and Conexio Care, Dana ensures compliance with program regulations and increases healthy outcomes for clients across the state of Delaware.

Marie Hudson

Marie Hudson was promoted to the Regional Director of Sussex in the fall of 2022. As director Marie leads by example while providing direction, guidance, and supervision to the integrated outpatient clinics of the Sussex region and is responsible for ensuring all programs adhere to SAMHSA, CARF and DEA standards and regulations. Fall of 2022, Marie celebrated 11 years free from the bonds of addiction herself and is passionate about helping others reach their full potential within employment and treatment. She started her career in the helping profession soon after her second chance at life, she has worked hard to obtain her CADC and worked through the ranks from counselor, to program director, to regional director and is working towards a master's from which she will obtain her LPCMH licensure. Besides finding joy in helping others, she is also a loving wife and the mother of 4 beautiful children. Marie is a volunteer firefighter/EMT for her local fire station where she serves in leadership as well. She enjoys bringing laughter to others through having a good time while getting the job done.

Patricia Ayers

Patricia Ayers is Clinic Director of the Claymont Clinic. She has been a licensed clinical social worker since 2014 and has extensive experience providing substance abuse and mental health counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings which assists her in championing optimal recovery to our clients. Patricia's experience has included cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based and trauma informed therapies. Patricia has a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in psychology from Stockton University. She also has extensive knowledge about end-of-life perspectives and medical social work and taught a course in hospice for over 9 years. In her spare time Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, painting, gardening, and cooking.

Stacey Simon

Stacey Simon is the Director of Integrative Care for CORAS Wellness & Behavioral Health. She oversees the 24/7 Access Wellness & Recovery HelpLine, which provides quick access to care for all Delawareans in need of Medication Assisted-Treatment, Substance Abuse Services, Residential Treatment, Family Therapy, DUI, and Sober Living. Additionally, Stacey oversees nine recovery residences that provide housing for men, women, and women and their children. She also works in the community and acts as a liaison to other providers and stakeholders to ensure that all individuals battling with substance use, behavioral health, or dual diagnoses receive the necessary treatment services that CORAS provides. Over the past ten years, Stacey has strategically worked in various levels of care ranging from Crisis Intervention, Intensive Case Management, Detox, Inpatient, Residential, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Sober Living. This has allowed her to grow her knowledge in the field and her passion for those who battle with substance use and/or mental illness. Stacey received her Master's Degree in Human Services: Marriage & Family Counseling from Liberty University, and is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, and a Delaware Mental Health Screener. She is a member of the Delaware Community Response Team, and spends her extra time out in the community providing Narcan training, which can reverse the effects of an overdose from opioid use.
