Before joining CrimsonLogic, Ernest held various leadership positions at prominent technology companies, including Regional Vice President for Infor Global Solutions, where he spearheaded the strategic direction and business operations for the company's ASEAN region and India, focusing on enterprise resource planning, hospitality, and financial solutions. He also served as General Manager of Novell in the South ASEAN region, where he was responsible for driving regional sales and business activities by implementing key business strategies that brought value to clients. Ernest's experience in the technology industry also includes seven years at Microsoft, where he held leadership positions and was responsible for managing the business growth of all Microsoft products in the Singapore and Brunei government sectors. Hsiao Kang is Head of Group Legal, and oversees the legal affairs, corporate secretarial matters and legal compliance within the CrimsonLogic Group. Hsiao Kang has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer and corporate counsel. Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, he was a practicing lawyer before working as a corporate counsel in a statutory board and a technology company. His experience is diverse, having handled multiple areas of law ranging from dispute resolution, family law, corporate, commercial, intellectual property, information technology and data protection. Hsiao Kang joined CrimsonLogic in 2004 and was appointed General Counsel in 2007. As Head of Group Legal, Hsiao Kang leads and manages a team of counsels who advise on legal and contractual matters, including tenders, business opportunities, collaboration with partners, intellectual property rights and licensing issues. As Company Secretary, Hsiao Kang advises the Board and its committees on governance matters and is responsible for all corporate secretarial matters for CrimsonLogic and its subsidiaries. Hsiao Kang is also CrimsonLogic's Data Protection Officer and is supported by a team that keeps the company compliant with personal data protection laws, whilst constantly reviewing and improving the company's personal data protection practices. A key achievement was successfully obtaining the Data Protection Trustmark certification (DPTM) and Cross Border Privacy Rules certification (CBPR) for CrimsonLogic in 2020. Hsiao Kang graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1998. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Ong Kim Pong is currently the Regional CEO of Southeast Asia at PSA International. He is on the Senior Management Council and has overall responsibility and accountability for PSA Group's portfolio of operating terminals, investments and expansion in Southeast Asia. This includes PSA Singapore, which has seen major productivity improvements and deployment of technology. As part of PSA's technology and innovation transformation efforts, he is the Chairman of CrimsonLogic and sits on the board of PSA's corporate venture capital arm UnboXed. Kim Pong is an active member in the maritime domain and is part of the Next Generation Port 2030 Steering Committee, International Maritime Centre 2030 Advisory Committee, Singapore Maritime Institute International Advisory Panel, Singapore Maritime Foundation Board and Management Board of the Centre for Maritime Studies. He is also a member of the Urban Redevelopment Authority Board and more recently, the NUS Business School Management Advisory Board. Prior to his current position, Kim Pong was the Regional CEO of Northeast Asia (NEA) over a span of five years since 2010 where he successfully led the NEA team in the strategic management of PSA's portfolio in China, Hong Kong and Korea while prospecting new possibilities including the consolidation of China's Fuzhou Terminals and Guangxi Beibuwan-PSA International Container Terminal Co., Ltd (BPCT), PSA's latest joint venture in China aligning to China's One-Belt One-Road initiative towards South East Asia. In 2009, Kim Pong was appointed as the Managing Director of PSA's flagship project in Antwerp and Zeebrugge, Belgium responsible for its business activities and operations that had seen Antwerp moving up to be the 2nd largest port in Europe. In his previous capacity, Kim Pong consecutively held the position of Senior Vice President, PSA Mediterranean & Middle East South Asia Region, then Managing Director / CEO of Mersin International Port (MIP) in Turkey. During his tenure with MIP, he distinguished himself by ensuring a smooth transition of ownership of the Mersin Port from the local government to PSA and helped establish MIP as a key gateway port in the eastern Mediterranean. MIP was conferred the Lloyd's List Turkey Port of the Year Award in 2008. Since the acquisition, MIP has received numerous accolades from the port industry. During that tenure, Kim Pong was, in parallel, called to lend support to the commercial and operational issues that were occurring in PSA terminals in Italy and India. As the pioneer for PSA in Belgium, Kim Pong served as Chief Operating Officer for Hesse Noord Naatie N.V. (HNN) in Belgium from 2001 to 2004 where he played an instrumental role in guiding the merger of two of the biggest port operators in Belgium to form HNN and effectively doubling its port capacity during the period. He successfully led the negotiation and formation of MSC Home Terminal JV between MSC and PSA. HNN was subsequently re-named as PSA Antwerp and PSA Zeebrugge in 2009. Kim Pong holds a Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. He is married with three children.

As part of the Digital Ports business strategy, Rachael forged a strong collaboration with its partner to crystallize the Port Community System (PCS) business and engagement models, fortifying CrimsonLogic's position in the Digital Ports space. Rachael joined CrimsonLogic in 1995. With more than 25 years of experience in ICT, she helmed diverse management roles, overseeing mission-critical and complex systems. She headed the Trade Sector Group and handled significant trade compliance projects in Singapore and overseas. She was key to the successful delivery of Singapore's first web-based TradeNet® system, the world's first National Single Window enabling B2G and G2G connectivity. In the past 20 over years, Rachael contributed to the advancement of TradeNet® and its users, bringing about significant productivity, cost and efficiency improvements to Singapore's trading community. Between 2018 and 2021, Rachael was given the opportunity to run the Public Sector Group, where she was responsible for presales, project delivery and the maintenance support of Digital Government projects. Rachael has received accolades in recognition of her impact in the IT industry, some of which include the "Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2023" and "Women in Supply Chain 2023". As the Assistant Chief Executive (Manufacturing & Engineering) of Enterprise Singapore, Leng Wan leads various teams to champion enterprise growth in Singapore's manufacturing and engineering industries. Prior to this, Leng Wan spent seven years in the Ministry of Trade and Industry. As the Senior Director (Industry Division) between 2017 and 2021, he led his team to formulate policies and initiatives to ensure the competitiveness of the Singapore economy as well as the vibrancy of Singapore as a global city and tourism destination. His teams worked closely with the Economic Development Board to anchor significant foreign investments in Singapore's manufacturing sector, as well as with the Singapore Tourism Board and Sentosa Development Corporation to develop iconic tourism projects in Singapore. Between 2006 and 2009, he was Deputy Director (Resource Division) where he led his team to develop manpower initiatives to support enterprises to meet their labour and talent needs. Land use and economics have a strong nexus in land-scarce Singapore. Between 2012 and 2017, Leng Wan was Senior Director (Strategic Planning) in the Ministry of National Development in charge of reviewing Singapore's land use plans and development strategies. Some of the notable publicly accessible projects include the Singapore Land Use Plan (2013), Master Plan 2014, the Singapore Sustainable Blueprint (2015), and the Future City Sub-Committee Report (2016) under the auspices of the Committee on the Future Economy.
