He has worked for a range of publications such as The Financial Times, Vice and The New Republic, and NGOs such as UN Foundation and Green Climate Fund. As the author and lead photographer of "Our Dark Materials: Black Carbon & the Himalayas," he considers storytelling and on-the-ground reporting as some of his major passions.
Digital Mobilisation Campaigner Manila, Philippines After working on digital campaigns within the fashion industry and managing her own sustainable fashion business in Spain, Bea joins Cuttlefish to use her skills as a digital communicator in the hopes of helping change the narrative around climate change. When she's not working on a campaign, she's doing yoga or walking her sausage dog, Uma.
Chitlekar joins Cuttlefish Digital with 15 years of experience at international NGOs within a range of sectors, from child welfare to human trafficking. She provided direct and indirect support for regional as well as national teams, like Thailand, Nepal, the Philippines and many others. Now she brings her experience in HR management and strategy as a People & Culture Partner to Cuttlefish Digital. This former coffee aficionado can be found sipping green tea or healthy juice in her spare moments.
Seoul-native Chohee worked in the commercial marketing industry for a decade prior to joining Cuttlefish Digital. Her fortes in her previous Marketing Director roles include developing and managing strategy as well as directly overseeing digital campaigns. Chohee also brings social-media fluency and a finely-honed eye for digital content to her current role as Senior Digital Marketing Associate. In her spare time, Chohee can be found in the weights section at the gym.

Her degree in Sociology served her well as a researcher and producer for the Philippines' most awarded documentary program, I-Witness. For a decade, she produced development stories focusing on literacy, health, and the environment. She has also worked with NGOs advocating for gender justice, democracy, and civil and political rights in Southeast Asia

Eileen Lui is passionate about empowering youths and marginalized groups and ferociously champions efforts to make their voices heard. She founded SoyAi, a social enterprise in Myanmar that provides business skills training to underprivileged youths to better their lives. A trained brand communications specialist with over 20 years' experience in the field of MarCom, she can be found training hard for her next triathlon race or an MMA fight in the wee hours of the morning.

After earning degrees in International Studies and Development Studies, Hanna went on to gain several years' experience in the non-profit sector. The multi-cultural campaigner has lived and studied in Seoul, Tokyo, Barcelona, and Texas. When she isn't working on coal financing within the climate change space and Fair Finance, she devotes her time to cooking and baking.
Mutimedia Designer Poltava, Ukraine In his decade of experience in the design industry, Illia has worked with a diverse range of clients across the e-commerce, startup and NGO sectors as a graphic/web designer and video editor. His Masters in Ecology moved him to create a digital air pollution monitoring system, "Oasis". Illiya is a problem-solver at heart, and strives to invent, experiment and break a few rules now and again. In his spare time, he travels and creates original designs.
James has over 20 years of experience in senior roles for global non-profits. His work spans campaigns such as patents with Médecins Sans Frontières and palm oil with Greenpeace. He is a relentless optimist who believes that we will see genuine climate action if enough of us direct targeted scrutiny at the corporate world.

She joins Cuttlefish Digital as part of the Insights and Engagement Systems team.
Backed by a degree in Accountancy from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Max also brings over a decade in finance and accounting experience with commercial firms to Cuttlefish Digital. Now, as an Accountant Associate, he works to ensure Cuttlefish can run smoothly. Based in Bangkok, Max enjoys weight training and video games in his spare time.
With an educational background in human rights and a dedicated passion for giving back to society, Natsuko pursued a career as a journalist, working as a writer, then an editor. Now she strives to transform narratives in the Japanese energy sector to make a meaningful impact. She continues to study social issues today, dedicating her time to feminism, reflecting on human rights, and also spends her spare time reading and playing tennis.

Front End Developer Lagos, Nigeria Timi's longtime goal of advocating for SDG13 and working on climate technologies has seen him work with a variety of organizations in the financial and non-profit sectors, from startups to mid-level companies. Now at Cuttlefish Digital, the dual-degree Computer Science and Mathematics graduate helps transform digital design into reality. In his spare time, the Clinton Global Initiative alumnus, AAL grant recipient, and Yali Africa member also plays piano, swims, and volunteers in his community.
Senior Mobilisation Campaigner Guwahati, India Premita brings over 15 years of international experience across public fundraising and supporter engagement to Cuttlefish Digital. She recently established the Scaled Support team Change.org India, which sought to provide hands-on support to petition starters using the Change platform. Before that, she held senior supporter engagement roles at Jhatkaa.org, Amnesty International, and Greenpeace. Premita primarily leads the digital mobilization component of the Action Speaks Louder project.
Digital Engagement Associate Bangkok, Thailand Rapasphong was born in Beungkan, a province bordering Lao and Thailand, and grew up speaking both countries' languages. After entering the non-profit arena in Northern Thailand, he has taken on roles ranging from field assistant for a youth empowerment organization to project manager for human rights campaigns. He is interested in art as political expression and freedom of expression.
Design Associate Goa, India Rudraya is a communication and visual designer specializing in branding, digital design, and illustration. His mission is to bridge communication gaps in the development sector with clean and impactful design - his signature aesthetic. Apart from speculating about the latest design and tech, Rudraya is deeply engaged with animal welfare organizations while living in coastal Goa, India.

Safir has nearly a decade of experience in human rights and environmental causes in Asia. Safir is a creative at heart with a passion for acrobatic arts, a love of design, and a deep interest in World War II history.

Though she is originally from Northern Thailand, she has split her time between two megacities-Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok-and now counts film and trekking as her passions.
Senior Associate, Insights and Engagement Systems Sakon Nakhon, Thailand Digital native Sunadda has an academic background in the arts and began her journey as a digital content expert. She later found her forte in digital and social media analytics, insights, and engagement systems following her work on digital campaigns as a Campaign Officer advocating for HIV testing. Now she leads the data analytics function at Cuttlefish Digital, helping campaigners use the right metrics, data, and analysis to discover meaningful insights.
Junior Designer Samut Prakan, Thailand Thirteen years of graphic design work have seen Kate steadfastly focused on her passion for problem-solving using art and design as well as branding. Throughout her career, she has designed and directed artwork for charity projects, a Bangkok-based social enterprise and a firm in Melbourne. When the visual and communication design graduate isn't championing environmental issues such as waste management, she can be found enjoying her favorite hobbies: reading and baking.

She worked in leading Indian ad agencies BBDO and Lowe Lintas, where she contributed to a campaign to increase voter turnout. She championed body positivity, brought together thousands of women to challenge societal norms and campaigned to empower women in sports. In her spare time, she is a mindful owner of two dogs, and enjoys hikes and long runs.
