Daniel W. Towson

PRACTICE AREAS BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LAW ATTORNEYS Daniel W. Towson has practiced law over 30 years in San Diego handling exclusively civil litigation. His areas of practice include general business litigation, the defense of class actions, franchise disputes, toxic tort/mold litigation and personal injury matters. Mr. Towson specializes in representing developers, pest control professionals and mid-sized local businesses. Mr. Towson has litigated and tried complex cases throughout the State of California as far north as San Francisco, including wrongful death actions, landlord-tenant disputes, product liability cases, professional negligence, insurance bad faith claims and real estate disputes. Elizabeth A. Donovan

Elizabeth A. Donovan's practice consists primarily of complex civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial disputes. Ms. Donovan also advises her clients on general business matters including, entity selection and formation; corporate governance; intellectual property protection; licensing; commercial lease agreements; and other business contracts. Ms. Donovan also has experience in construction actions, personal injury, and other general civil litigation. Ms. Donovan was admitted to the California Bar in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998, and her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2001. While in law school, she was awarded the Henry Yuen fellowship for Internet law and Technology. Paul J. Delmore - CEO

Paul J. Delmore is the managing partner of Delmore Greene LLP. Mr. Delmore has over 30 years of civil litigation experience focused on complex business disputes, which include the defense of construction actions on behalf of developers, general contractors and subcontractors. Additionally, Mr. Delmore is well-versed in insurance coverage disputes relating to construction litigation. He also has a high degree of expertise in the defense of securities broker-dealers and other financial professionals in FINRA arbitration matters and state and federal court actions. Mr. Delmore represents a number of businesses in the hospitality industry. The firm provides support to its hospitality clients with respect to the defense of litigation that may arise involving the business or its premises, negotiation of leases at the properties and representation in the purchase or sale of hospitality businesses. The firm is a member of the San Diego Food & Beverage Association. In addition to the hospitality industry, Mr. Delmore advises and represents businesses with respect to entity formation, purchase, sale or mergers, and corporate transactions, including real property related business issues. Mr. Delmore was born in Rochester, New York and was admitted to the California Bar in 1988. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the State University of New York, at Oswego in 1978. Ross M. Poole

Ross M. Poole represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation including claims for failure to pay wages, improper wage deductions, failure to pay overtime wages, failure to provide meal periods and rest breaks, inaccurate wage statements, misclassification of employees, commission calculations, Private Attorney General Act ("PAGA") claims, wrongful termination, class actions, and harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in employment actions. Mr. Poole has extensive trial and arbitration experience having tried several bench and jury trials to favorable awards and verdicts. Mr. Poole provides local and national companies counsel on business and employment law issues, including human-resource policies, employee handbooks, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, employee compensation plans, federal and state wage-and-hour compliance, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) compliance, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, unfair business practices, and business formation and dissolution. Terence L. Greene

Terence L. Greene has over 30 years of legal experience with a focus on employment matters and business litigation.
