Chris Drysdale

Mr. Drysdale is an experienced professional with international experience in the mineral and exploration industry. He currently serves as Vice President, Operations and Corporate Development for Antler Gold Inc. (TSX.V: ANTL)-a gold exploration company, focused on the acquisition and exploration of gold projects in Namibia. He has previously served as the Kenyan Country Manager for Stockport Exploration overseeing the operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout East Africa. Prior to that Mr. Drysdale worked as a Field Exploration Geologist for Remote Exploration Services (Pty) Ltd., a geological consulting firm based out of South Africa servicing all aspects of the mineral industry. Mr. Drysdale has a progressive and diverse background with extensive work experience in Namibia and has been involved in various mineral projects throughout Africa.

Dennis Bille

Dennis Bille is a seasoned geologist with a over two decades of field experience. Holding a Bc degree with a major in Geology and Geography from the University of Namibia, and a Diploma in Mechanics from Mombasa Polytechnic in Kenya, he has proficiency in greenfield and brownfield exploration, project management, drilling supervision, and QA/QC procedures. Across Namibia, Botswana, and Tanzania, Mr. Bille has applied his expertise in geological mapping, lithological logging, and environmental compliance. Edward Loye

Ed has worked on the characterisation of REE deposits for 8 years, notably in Namibia and as a member of staff at Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter, UK. Ed has developed an extensive network across the REE supply chain and played a key role in securing £2.7 million in 2014 from the UK Government for REE research within the SoS RARE Programme. Ed managed the academic and industrial collaborators across this international consortium of REE experts. In 2015, he co-founded E-Tech Metals to pursue and strategize the geological delineation and perspectivity of the Eureka Project in Namibia. Ed has since instigated metallurgical test work and managed the drilling and trenching campaigns on site.

Erastus Iiyambo

Erastus holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in geology from the University of Namibia. He has been employed with E-Tech since 2021 and has previously worked as a geologist for the Namibia state owned mining company Epangelo and as a consultant for The Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR) in Namibia. His main professional interests focus on the application of remote sensing in exploration and interpreting the data for target generation. Jim Megann - Chairman

In addition to holding the position of Managing Director, Jim Megann is also an accomplished executive and business leader. He is a Director of Torrent Capital, a publicly traded investment issuer; Director of OARO; and a Director of Sona Nanotech, a nano technology developer currently listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Jim also brings more than 25 years of experience in the communications and marketing industry. Jim was awarded the Queens Diamond Jubilee medal in 2012 for his extensive community work.

Ken Marshall

Ken Marshall has extensive experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications Sectors, having served in various positions at Rogers Communications throughout his career. Mr. Marshall was the Senior VP, National Residential Marketing (Toronto) where he led the Wireline Marketing Group in the launch of the Ignite platform, and also served as the Regional President (Atlantic Region) and the Vice President - Enterprise Business Unit. Mr. Marshall has spent his post telecom time working with emerging start-up organizations, and serves on the Boards of Genesis, Newfoundland and Labrador's primary innovation hub and incubator; Celtx, an online platform for film, video and game production; eXeBlock Technology Corporation focusing on opportunities in digital identity and authentication; and Metricsflow, a B2B platform to significantly enhance website attribution.

Prof Frances Wall

Frances Wall is Professor of Applied Mineralogy at Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter, has a BSc in geochemistry from Queen Mary University of London and a PhD in rare earth-rich carbonatites from the University of London. Frances has over 30 years experience researching the geology and process mineralogy of global rare earth deposits and practically linking exploration stage studies to responsible sourcing outcomes. Frances has also led large consortium research projects such as HiTech AlkCarb and SoS RARE and is currently Principal Investigator for the UK Research and Innovation Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Centre for Technology Metals (Met4Tech). Frances is Chair of the British Geological Survey Science Advisory Committee, a member of the UK Critical Minerals Expert Committee, was named in the WIM UK ‘100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining' 2016 edition and awarded the William Smith Medal of the Geological Society of London for applied geoscience in 2019.

Rob Randall - CFO

Mr. Randall has served as a contract CFO for a number of TSX.V-listed companies and has extensive public company financial experience. Rob currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Torrent Capital (TSX.V: TORR), Sona Nanotech (TSX.V: SONA) and Antler Gold Inc. (TSX.V: ANTL). Rob was the Corporate Controller of Etruscan Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2011 overseeing the financial operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout West Africa, as well as its diamond operations in South Africa. He also served as Controller of Nova Gold Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Rob graduated with a Commerce Degree from St. Mary's University in Halifax and obtained his CA designation in 1987 with Coopers and Lybrand Chartered Accountants where he was appointed as a Principal in 1995. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Canada and Nova Scotia.

Sensikus Angula

Sensikus is one of E-Tech's experienced Geologists who holds a Bc in Chemistry and Geochemistry (Honours). He is a chemistry major minoring in geology and academically he has an organic, inorganic, and analytical chemistry background which is an advantage to further understand the chemical geological makeup of a deposit. He was employed by E-Tech Resources in 2021 and has diligently taken charge of data management and processing as well as preparation, and execution of all on-ground operations and logistical requirements. His skills, knowledge and commitment make him an asset to E-Tech Resources.

Todd Burlingame - CEO

Todd Burlingame brings a wealth of experience and expertise to E-Tech Resources Inc. with a successful career spanning several resource development companies and major projects. Todd played a pivotal role in advancing rare earth element projects in Labrador, Canada. During his tenure, the project achieved significant milestones, including the publication of a Preliminary Economic Assessment, completion of advance ore processing test work, and completion of ore body delineation drill program for the purpose of establishing a measured resource for the project.  Todd Burlingame's extensive resumé also includes notable roles such as Executive Vice President of the Alderon Iron Ore Project, Manager and Team Lead for the Lower Churchill Project at Nalcor Energy, Project Manager for Voisey's Bay Nickel Commercial Processing Plant, and Chair and Chief Executive Officer of both the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board and the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Boards. 

Tuwilika Nghipalendjila

Tuwilika graduated with a Bachelor of Chemistry (Geochemist) and is driven by her strong passion for geology. Her knowledge and skills have positioned her as a valuable asset to E-Tech Resources her primary responsibility involves conducting XRF analysis on soil samples. Tuwilika's academic background is rooted in geochemistry, a field that delves into the chemical composition of the Earth, rocks, and minerals. Her coursework included modules in geology and chemistry, covering subjects such as Introduction to Geochemistry, Field Geology, Geochemical Analysis, and Introduction to Petrology. She finds rare earth metals particularly exciting due to their concealed properties, such as their invaluable electrical properties that make them highly suitable for batteries.
