Belinda is a senior marketing and business specialist, with over 20 years' experience in strategic marketing, franchise growth, brand, digital, CX and business development. Working with both national and state based organisations, on local and international initiatives, across non-profit and corporate organisations, Belinda has led large multidisciplinary marketing teams and strategic marketing projects for brands such as FOXTEL and Wendy's.
Belinda is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing, technology and CX strategy to underpin aggressive growth of the Elders Real Estate network and for strategic improvements for both franchise and company-owned residential real estate offices.
Colin is passionate about the Elders brand and its people. He specialises in business coaching, mentoring and is focussed on business growth.
Colin works with business owners and teams to achieve peak performance and profitability, which has allowed him to achieve a reputation for getting results.
With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Drew brings a wealth of practical knowledge to Elders. Previously owning and running a large, multi-office real estate business in the southwest of WA, Drew now leads the West Australian real estate team of over 180 people from the Perth Head Office. With expertise in acquisitions, operations, management, and marketing, Drew has increased Elders real estate market share in WA to second place regionally and through an acquisition program focused on the metro area is now steadily increasing the brand recognition into urban areas as well.

Jenny commenced her Real Estate career in a wheatbelt town in WA over 30 years ago and since then has held a variety of senior management roles in both independent agency operations and within a large franchised group. With her extensive experience in all facets of the Real Estate industry including Financial Controller, Property Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager and CEO of a large franchised group, Jenny has always been focused on providing support for Franchise Owners and helping them grow their businesses.
