She is also the Founder and CEO of the Holt Career Services an organization committed to providing entrepreneur and career services to veterans, underserved, unemployed, youth and military spouses.
Janine Coogler-Hudson is CEO of Mobi9Tech. She officially launched the agency in 2017 to help small businesses with various types of internet marketing and technological solutions to enhance their capabilities. She is a Disabled Army Veteran, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., American Business Women's Association- Women Inspiring Women Leaders (Newsletter Chair) and a Promoting Joy-Walker & Associates Board member.

Michelle McDaniel is the CEO/Owner of Back Office Administrators. Back Office Administrators was originally launched with the idea to assist other small businesses with their start up, financial management, accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation. Most businesses, as we were with B & M Enterprise, Inc., seek support and guidance to ensure they are properly setting the business up for success. We want to manage and handle the "back office" duties for the owners to allow them to focus increasing sales and revenues. Michelle is also the co/owner and CEO of B & M Enterprise, Inc (franchised with FedEx Ground & Home Delivery), started in October of 2005.
