HRB Advisors was founded by Penina Eichler, a highly experienced Human Resources and Employee Benefits professional with a broad knowledge base and excellent interpersonal skills. Penina specializes in the US and Israeli markets and has experience working with both large multinational corporations as well as small and midsized organizations, in a variety of industries. Penina is also a licensed health insurance broker in the United States and advises clients on US benefit plan design.
