Ari R. Grun has been an associate of the firm since 2015. Mr. Grun represents clients on matters of commercial and real estate litigation. An alumni of Fordham Law School, Mr. Grun was the recipient of the Peter J. O'connor Prize. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grun volunteered at the office of legal services for the New York City Council, where he researched and drafted proposed legislation for introduction on the Council floor.
Gary S. Friedman represents sophisticated clients in connection with complex real estate and corporate matters. His extensive experience in a vast array of real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, and his educational background in finance, provides him with a high degree of business acumen and common sense which helps him counsel clients in various areas of the law, including:
