Catherine Williams

Catherine Williams is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. After many years as a critical care nurse, Catherine chose to pursue her Nurse Practitioner degree to not only help her patients manage health issues, but also to promote healthy lifestyles and wellness. She is a graduate of James Madison University, where she was privileged to be a part of a study abroad in Tanzania, East Africa. Working alongside healthcare providers in Africa gave Catherine an appreciation of how each person's unique background impacts their health. She endeavors to help patients make health and wellness goals that align with what is important to them. Catherine lives in Loudoun County with her husband and three corgis. She enjoys visiting her three grown sons and exploring new trails to ride her bike. Education: James Madison University, MSN, FNP University of Delaware, BSN

Geetha Pillai

Dr. Pillai has been with LIMA since 2001. She is known for being a good listener and for her easy smile. Dr. Pillai serves on the Board of Directors of Loudoun Medical Group. She also serves on the Credentialing Committee and Ancillary Committee of the Loudoun Medical Group. When she is not working with the LIMA team at their offices in Lansdowne or Purcellville, Dr. Pillai is at home with her husband and their two dogs.

Kathleen M. Pelkofski

Ms. Pelkofski divides her time between LIMA's two locations. Her patients value her thoroughness and practical advice. Ms. Pelkofski is married and has been a resident of Purcellville since 1976. She has three grown children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening. Richard Y. Kim

Dr. Kim has been with LIMA since 2003. He enjoys the practice of medicine and the relationships that he has built over the years. He serves on the Board of Directors of Loudoun Medical Group. Dr. Kim also serves as Co-Chair of the Ancillary Committee of Loudoun Medical Group and is a member of the Loudoun Medical Group Information Technology Committee. When not in the office, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has been coaching soccer, running races, attempting to play golf and watching all his kids' games. Dr. Kim brings compassion and patience to his practice. He has been with LIMA for over a decade. Education University of Virginia, B.A. History Medical College of Virginia, M.D.

Thomas Feely

Dr. Feely has been practicing in New York City, he is returning home. Dr. Feely was born and raised in Virginia. He enjoys practicing the art of medicine and building relationships with patients. Relationships are important to helping patients make and meet their health goals over the year. Dr. Feely enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons.
