Greg spent 25 years with the Australian Gas Light Company, (AGL), including 5 years as CEO and Managing Director. After leaving AGL, Greg was appointed CEO of the infrastructure division of Challenger Financial Services Group and, subsequently, CEO and Managing Director of Murchison Metals Limited. Greg Martin is Chairman of Iluka Resources Limited, Deputy Chair of Western Power and a Non-Executive Director of Spark Infrastructure. Greg was a member of the COAG Energy Council Energy Appointments Selection Panel and was previously a director of Santos Limited, Coronado Global Resources Inc. and Energy Developments Limited.
James Henley is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience, primarily with two Fortune 100 companies. He has a strong background in M&A, financial strategy, operational finance, and quantitative modeling, leveraging tools like VBA, SQL, and Python. James holds a Master's in Finance from Georgetown University and a Master's in Economics from Florida State University.

Kaliste joined Mawson in November 2023 and serves as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, bringing over 40 years of legal experience to the Mawson team. Kaliste's in-house experience includes general counsel positions with publicly and privately held companies in various high-tech industries from satellite and telecommunications to autonomous underwater vessels. Kaliste obtained his law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Maxwell brings extensive experience in the blockchain and digital assets space. He earned an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Costello previously served as U.S. Congressman from Pennsylvania (PA-6) from 2015-2019. During his tenure in the United States Congress, he served on the Congressional Committee on Energy and Commerce, which oversees a broad range of industries and policy areas, as well as the Transportation and Veteran's Affairs Committees. He served as a fellow at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management and has been a visiting lecturer at American University. He received a Wharton Online Certificate in Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets.
