Amr El Henawy

As a seasoned PR executive, Amr stood behind some of the most successful Corporate campaigns in Egypt in areas spanning from Launch Promotion, Crisis Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Fund Raising. Amr has also acted as a key media and PR Strategist for several of the most prolific political campaigns in the past 10 years. With a starting career as Journalist, Amr has invested 20+ years working with corporate executives on how to refine their key messaging throughout various circumstances. He has served as an advisor for a host of corporate, celebrity, non-profit organizations helping them navigate challenging issues and providing clear strategies as well as tactical insights on media related matters.

Ehab Eissa

Ehab is a Graduate of Faculty of Economics and Political Science- Cairo University and completed his MBA with focus on Finance in 2006 from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology. Started his banking career in 2003 and worked in several banks across retail, corporate and transactional banking before joining HSBC in March 2007 where he has been working in Corporate Banking till date across both Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. Ehab served as Head of HSBC Securities Services between 2018 and 2021 managing financial institutions relationships. Ehab is celebrated as a business leader, having managed several teams with up to 50 team members acting as a mentor and trusted advisor. His management experience is not only in managing corporate and institutional investors both in Egypt and in the GCC but goes way beyond to cover Profit management (Income statement responsibilities) as well as governance experience, being a member in HSBC risk management committee, ALCO, customer experience committee as well as Global Banking EXCO member.

Khaled Dessouky

Khaled Helmy Mohammed Desouky is the Regional Financial Manager and Project Sector CFO of Dallah AL Barakah Holding. He has extensive experience in financings. Prior to joining Dallah Al Barakah Group in 2015, Khaled was Executive Manager of ACE Registered Auditors, London. He was Board member for Finance and Admin Sector CFO of Rehana International Group for Tourism the holding company for five Subsidiaries Company in Egypt, Cyprus and London owning prestigious hotels in Sharm Al Sheikh. Khaled has also worked as CFO of United Artistic Group Holding Company (A Member of Dallah Group). He was also GM and General Supervisor of Al-Senemaeen, Al-Masreen and Shoaa companies which are the subsidiaries of UAG and he was Chairman of Ceni Post Company. For a period of four years, Khaled provided his expertise as Public Accountant & Consultant to Baker Tilly. His activities included Companies revaluation and restructuring, building up financial, operational and control systems, feasibility studies and credit analysis. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, he worked as Accounts & Audit Manager at ACE Registered Auditors, London where he has been involved in the auditing of limited liability companies in London, preparing feasibility studies for new projects, Tax computation, payee & VAT and Company's evaluation. He was Supervisor of Documentary Letters of Credit Section for Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation, Saudi Arabia where his duties included Supervision of the L/C department, contacting all bank's correspondents abroad, controlling the selling of L/C facilities given to bank's customers, analyzing the financial statements of any new customers.

Mahmoud El Demellawy

Mahmoud El Demellawy is a seasoned executive leader with over 27 years of experience in the manufacturing field across Europe, Middle East and Africa region, with focus on general management, business development, lean manufacturing, process optimization and growth strategies. Mahmoud is currently the Site Director for Aptar (formerly CSI Gulf) based out of Bahrain covering the GCC region, and with ALCOA/Closure Systems International (CSI) over the past 20 years he assumed multiple leadership roles including EMEA Regional Operations Director, GCC General Manager, EMEA Projects and Quality Director, EMIA Regional Manufacturing Director, and Egypt Country Manager. Prior to that Mahmoud spent 7 years with The Clorox Company as their Engineering Group Manager in Egypt amongst other management roles. Mahmoud holds a Masters of Business Administration, Marketing Management from Maastricht School of Management, a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo.

Mohamed has held key roles in international and multinational organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, Xceed and Stream Global Services throughout a 20+ years professional career. He was the Vice President for Service Delivery at Xceed where he has helped secure successful implementations of major Clients. Mohamed successfully launched Stream Global Servicesin Egypt where he served as Director of Operations overseeing considerable growth making Stream the fastest growing Business Process Outsourcing player in the market. He has been involved in many trainings and process improvement efforts for globalplayers in the EMEA Region in his capacity as Regional VP for COPC Inc.

Reem Mansour

Reem Mansour is a seasoned economist, with over 20 years of experience in a multitude of fields with focus on capital markets, social development, and establishing and growing startups. She carries years of experience in understanding of markets, formulating high return investment strategies and mega deals advisory services. Mansour was Director of the Asset Management in Zilla Capital, where she led a senior and young and agile team for setting investment strategies, creating portfolio products using progressive financial and economic methodology, and while sourcing new mandates. During her two posts in the Ministry of Planning, as Associate Deputy Minister and Deputy Advisor to the Minister, Mansour advised on several strategic files and laid out the framework for establishing the Public Private Partnership unit in the ministry, and also participated in drawing a roadmap to sustainable finance. Mansour was a Senior Economist in CI Capital for equities and money market funds, articulating the economic scenarios that assisted in steering the funds investment strategies. Beside her long career as an economist and strategist, Mansour established Rimal, a startup in production and design, with the aim of improving the lives of Egypt's artisans, persevering and developing their craftsmanship skills. Mansour holds a Master's degree in Economics in International Development and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the American University In Cairo.
