MRCTCM was officially established in 1994 jointly by the Chinese Government and the Maltese Government... Established in 1993, the Mediterranean Regional Centre for Traditional Chinese Medicine, the first of its kind on the islands of Malta and Gozo, is a centre of excellence in the treatment, education and dispensing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and therapies. We are enthusiastic about promoting in the Maltese islands the many ways in which Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can work both in conjunction with, and as an alternative to, conventional Western medicine.
