connectED advocates are extensively trained in mentorship and career advising to help you achieve all your long-term goals. connectED is housed in the San Antonio Transition Center and works hand in hand with BCFS HHS Preparation for Adult Living (PAL)... connectED is a program serving foster youth in Bexar County, Texas. connectED aims to help the foster care community through workshops that teach youth positive relationship skills; how to pursue and retain meaningful employment; and develop a network of healthy peer support through advocacy... Our connectED program is all about you! We serve young adults ages 16 to 23 with the goal of supporting your journey forward. We'll focus on your personal goals and guide you through different ways to develop healthy relationships and manage stress.
