In the past 8 years at NEC Software Solutions India, she has implemented various retention and employee engagement strategic approaches to increase retention and has succeeded in reducing attrition by over 10% in the last 2 years. She has managed the growth of employees from 300 to 750 plus employees within a span of 2 years.
Chanchal is an innovative professional with over 18 years of overall experience in operational and strategic HR processes. She has proven excellence in core HR functions, talent management, employee relations, performance management, grievance handling and recruitment.
Julie is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivering the company's core operational platforms. In addition, Julie is responsible for our cloud offering and customer support platforms, as well as bids and marketing.
She has a proven track record of improving profitability and growth across sales, services and operational functions.

Kedar joined the company in 2004 and is now Managing Director and CFO of NEC Software Solutions India (formerly known as Rave Technologies).
He has more than 25 years of experience in enhancing, managing, and executing business across India. He is in charge of leading the team in India, as well as managing operations and the company's international development.
Kedar Barve is part of the executive management team as the Managing Director and Chairman of the operation management team. Having worked with NEC Software Solutions India for over 13 years, Kedar has been solely responsible for Finance, Admin, ITS, Resource Management Group (RMG), and Marketing & Communications at NEC Software Solutions India.
Overall, Kedar has 20+ years of experience and has worked with various leading companies in India like Bluestar InfoTech Ltd, Orient Infotech Ltd. and Wyeth Ltd. He has handled various functions like accounting and finance, corporate taxation, internal audit etc.
As the Executive Director of Health and Services, Lydia is responsible for the delivery of our registries and screening businesses as well as transactional services in revenues & benefits and document management.
Lydia joined NEC in 2019 through the acquisition of EMIS Care and has a proven track record of leadership in both software and services.

Makoto Shota is Chief Financial Controller directly reporting to Dr. Yamashina. He is responsible for the global Safer Cities business, with more than 20 country affiliates in NEC Group. He has broad experiences and achievements in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and Human Resources. This includes a number of corporate reorganisations during his over 30 years of service in the NEC Corporation, since his graduation from the Faculty of Law in Kyoto University.

Manisha Datar is part of the Executive Management team as a Director responsible for delivery, quality and strategic growth. She has been working with us for more than 10 years and has managed multiple areas including project management office (PMO), quality, extended services centre and offshore transition.
Manisha's IT experience spans 25 years. Prior to NEC Software Solutions India, Manisha has worked with Polaris and Citi Corp. in various senior management roles in the project delivery capacity.
Mr. Yoshida graduated from Osaka University, where he majored in Economics before joining NEC in 1986. He spent 2 years in Paris as VP of NEC France, and 4 years in London as GM of NEC Europe. Following that, he stayed in Beijing as Head of NEC China. In 2018, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, in charge of submarine network and wireless global business. Currently, he is responsible for digital government business as SVP.

Nitin Madkaikar is part of the executive management team as a Director of Technology & Testing. He has been working with us for more than 12 years and is responsible for strategising the technology and QA aspects of software products management.
Nitin is business-savvy management professional with overall 30+ years of experience. Prior to NEC Software Solutions India, he has worked at many leading companies like the City of Cincinnati and Unisys Corporation. He is well-versed with the latest technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
Patrick is the Human Resources Director, leading the company's HR team and responsible for the people aspects of strategic change and business development. Skilled in people strategies, Patrick has extensive experience in business acquisition, restructuring, TUPE and change management.
Having spent over 25 years in HR, he also has strong experience in building and mentoring strong leadership teams.
Peter Tucker - Chief Commercial Officer
Peter is the Commercial Director, responsible for the sales teams in Government, Housing and Health. In addition, Peter also oversees the Design Studio, Snook, as well as our Customer Services and Sales Operations teams.
He has over 30 years experience working with Government and Housing across a variety of geographies, and has a proven track record of winning and delivering business while creating lasting client relationships.
Roger is the Executive Director for government and housing. He is responsible for software solutions into local and central government as well as social housing, both in the UK and internationally.
He joined in 2017 as Director of Housing from Capita, having managed their housing software business from 2004. Roger has a wealth of experience in IT, local government, social housing and managing software development.
Stefan is our Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for providing financial and business leadership and helping to determine and deliver the company strategy.
Stefan joined in June 2020 from the Capita group where he was Divisional Finance Director for Capita Software. He has extensive experience in senior finance roles in software and technology companies having also worked for Logica/CGI and Fujitsu in both the UK and mainland Europe.
Steve is the Executive Director for Public Safety. He is responsible for the delivery of software solutions and services across the Emergency Services, Justice and Transport markets, both in the UK and internationally.
Steve joined NEC in 2017 and has spent 25 years working with the public sector for PwC and with technology companies including iDox, Esri UK and Civica.

Steve Callaghan is non-executive vice-chairman, focusing on strategic initiatives and acquisition activities. He has a considerable track record of growing and transforming businesses, with particular expertise in software and services domains. He began his career in the British Army as a commissioned officer and studied electrical engineering at Cranfield University.

Tom is the General Manager for Safer City Solutions Business Headquarters, NEC. He is responsible for acceleration of NEC's global software business in the area of Digital Government and Digital Finance. Tom has 30 years' experience in various roles at NEC Japan and NEC America including engineering, sales, marketing, business incubation and management role. And he worked for NEC Software Solutions UK (NPS) from 2018 to 2020 as Head of Global Business Operations, bringing NEC's innovative and proven cutting edge technologies and accelerate international business expansion by collaborating with NEC's global business networks.
Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Finance, Global Business Unit of NEC Corporation. Prior to joining NEC, Tomoki was a founding member of Japan Industrial Solutions Co, Ltd, a Japanese private equity fund management company, and served as Chief Investment Officer and a board member. Prior to Japan Industrial Solutions, Tomoki was Managing Director and the co-head of the principal investment business of Morgan Stanley Japan. Tomoki holds an MBA from University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
Yadu Tekale is part of the Executive Management team with responsibility as a Sales Director to focus on growth and expansion. This is Yadu's second term with NEC Software Solutions India and he has been instrumental in winning major publishing and non-publishing customers since he joined in 2013.
Yadu is an engineering graduate with extensive experience in the information technology industry. Prior to NEC Software Solutions India, he was working as Business Development Director for Mastek's UK office.
Zoe Fahy - Chief Legal Officer
Zoe Fahy is Head of Legal, responsible for leading the organisation's legal team. Her primary focus is advising and supporting the business on all legal aspects of our customer contracts. This includes competitive procurements, negotiating direct awards, and managing legal disputes.
Having been part of the business for over 10 years, Zoe is instrumental to our continual development.
